Meanwhile, no media outlets are reporting anything on the Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) raid by the FBI yesterday. A real headscratcher...

It is. CTH claimed it was to intimidate him because he's anti-Open Border. But offered zero proof. I doubt that.

Maybe they felt like they needed to seem non-partisan, so they took out their files on all the D congressmen and selected one for the sacrifice.

Maybe by the time this gets to scotus they will have figured out the stupid shots don’t work and cause harm

If the SCOTUS respects its own ruling re the need for Congressional authorization then they won't accept an appeal--which would still be a total (and richly deserved) slap in the face to the regime.

OTOH, the increase of available data undermining the Covid Regime will probably put strong pressure on courts to deal with the substance: the complete lack of a reasonable basis for the Covid Regime.

I hope you’re right, but they just wrecked every hospital in the country by allowing that workplace regulation to go into effect. If I follow the rulings correctly, the only people currently barred from making their own decision about their own medical decisions are those that work in medicine professionally. That’s nuts! Then again everything is insane right now.

The SCOTUS--dishonestly, IMO--hung their hat in that case on an actual law. That decision damaged their credibility. Just in the short time that has passed, so much new information--new to most of the public, anyway--has come out that broader rulings may be in store. What I'd like to see is for the lower court handling that case to renew the stay based on some of the new data. Understand, however, that the plaintiff's pretty much must ask for that relief based on that data. They have to move past the "no authorization in law" position and get to the merits of the injections themselves.

I canceled my DW membership and sent at least a dozen emails over it. I get the ideological pissing matches, but that’s all they are. To spend such little time or effort on the fact the stupid shots don’t work makes zero sense.

Half the problem with the opposition to mandates is that they allow the delusion the shots work to to stay. In reality, mandates don’t work because things that work without harm don’t need to be mandated.

It's not really "new facts"--it's a basic change in their theory of the case. I'd like to see that.

Obviously the new theory requires the presentation of new facts. Of which there are a ton.

Do not give in Titan. Fight it. There are alot of smart people out there who are using a variety of strategies to hit these employers where they are weakest. One point is their HR dept. Do some duck duck or brave searching and you will find people and resources, some if them even form letters to hr department demanding written procedural and consent information etc...ties them in knots. There's a federal statute as well that implements the Nuremberg Code into federal law, a handy cudgel to threaten with. There are lawyers as well who will help w such letters although it will cost. Point is, they expect you to fold and comply. When people push back w their legal rights almost every corporation hates that and hates the risk of a labor law suit. And use the extra time you buy to test the job market. Nothing sweeter than dropping the Quit Bomb on a crap boss.

Hold out as long as possible--may be new lawsuits. I see Starbucks of all outfits has tossed their mandates.
