Zhou's Fed Employee Mandate Put On Hold

There are numerous outlets picking this story up. As for the ruling—the mandate is stayed—there’s not really that much to say. What there is to say is contained in a brief article at Red State:

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown said in his Friday order that at issue was whether the president “can, with the stroke of a pen and without the input of Congress, require millions of federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment.”

He added, “That, under the current state of the law as just recently expressed by the Supreme Court, is a bridge too far.”

The lawsuit challenging the federal vax mandate was brought by a group called Feds for Medical Freedom.

The judge stressed that his ruling was predicated on President Biden’s lack of authority to issue the mandate and not “about whether folks should get vaccinated,” indicating that “the court believes they should.”

As you can see, the ruling follows the SCOTUS pretty closely. The judge is stressing that there appears to be no law authorizing such a mandate. 

In the big scheme of things, rulings like this one may encourage additional legal challenges to the Covid Regime. This is especially the case as more and more data is being made public. Growing numbers of people—including politicians and judges (am I repeating myself?)—are coming to the realization that this whole regime has been deeply authoritarian, harmful to society, and non-science based.
