I'd be surprised if any of the SCOTUS families are home. Much smarter to take a vacation elsewhere...maybe a nice red state and let the protesters bay at the moon.

I'm sure Maryland law has provisions relating to judicial intimidation, breach of peace and so forth. Where is Gov. Larry Hogan? Oh, never mind!

From what I've read so far in regard to protests outside SCOTUS justices' homes, it seems to only be happening to those living in Maryland. Virginia's Governor Youngkin publicly stated the Virginia Highway Patrol would be assisting in safeguarding justices who lived in Virginia - and very likely effecting arrests of protestors based on Virginia law against judicial intimidation.

Totally. I do suspect that Roberts is a major part of the problem. Brett and Amy have seemed susceptible to his persuasion and somebody else thought that a bit of extra pressure might shift one or both to Roberts' position.
