I’ve long suspected that almost all pols are not men of ideas, or independent thinkers. They are merely part of the marketing department. Like you said, the front men. Similar to the media personalities promoting state sanctioned narratives. It’s all a show. Shit show maybe, but show nonetheless.
Don't have time for the research, but somewhere a letter surfaced three or so years ago from a Rothschild in the UK to a PM (Johnson?) stating unequivocally that Russia must be defeated in Ukraine. Maybe you know the details.
"The issue is not the issue!" Said the radicals of the 60's
What, then, is the issue..........? Power! Where does that power lie? Government, the economy, and the culture. We are in a class war and have been for some time and these three areas are the fronts of this new class war. Who are the combatants? In the modern world they are the industrial or service workers (most of us) vs. the financialists/capitalists and university-credentialed managers. In modern politics in the realm of politics and government, parties that were once sort of national federations of local, mass membership organizations have given way to parties controlled by donors and media consultants. Where does this lead? To organizations like Blackrock, shadow governments, the deep state, and protectors that hide who are pulling the string to the extent we get the Starmer's of the world telling us that enriching the .01% of the richest 1% is in our best interests, if you disagree with that, we have six ways to Sunday to make you pay for your dissent!.
Larry Fink had an opinion piece in the WSJ recently, giving the US advice on how to grow our way out of our debt crisis through greater investments in AI etc. Comment section was pretty lit, people were not buying what he was selling... But it has already been bought for us, whether we like it or not? On terms dictated by our Protectors. We've been promised we could grow our way out of debt for decades.
Fink's meeting with Starmer could be following polite forms for appearance's sake.

You decide. The supposed fact check "verdict" is based on nothing but a denial.

Next you're going to tell me they own Dominion voting machines. I'd believe it!
