Based on this latest filing, who is "Numero Uno" on Durham's indictment list?

I'll take Joffe and his internet research minions.

Joffe may be a "witness" if asked to do this by others...

Exactly; which makes him a very good candidate for cutting a plea deal with Durham in exchange for all the gory details of Hillary's minions approving his plan to fabricate evidence of a Russian-Trump "back-channel."

read paragraphs 5 and 6 in Durhams filing on Friday.

TL;DR: Joffe exploited access via his employer (Neustar) to DNS data in search of "dirt" on Trump. That access included EOP after Trump took office, and included Trump's apartment building complex before he took office, among others. The data and White papers Sussmann provided used CHERRY-PICKED DNS data -- Durham obtained complete DNS records from Joffe's former employer, and shows the supposedly suspicious pings of the IP address of some obscure Russian-made cell phone was made over 3 million times by people in the US not in the vicinity of the WH, and the first instance in the vicinity of the WH occurred in 2014, during the Obama Admin!

This corroborates SWC point that Durham is light years ahead of us amateur sleuths on the internet. He has much more info than we know about.

I agree with MW's take; Sussmann (and Danchenko as well, IMHO) should be seeking the best plea bargains they can get from Durham before he demolishes them in court. The naysayers neglect to consider an indictment does not have to reveal all of the prosecutor's evidence, or even the best evidence of guilt. It need only provide sufficient evidence of probable cause of the charged crime (though in many areas Durham goes beyond that to create speaking indictments, which foreshadow a deeper conspiracy.)

Who funded Joffe or did he do this on his own to reap some benefit? DARPA, HRC, DNC? Further, the Russian-made "Yoda" phone statements may have been fabricated by the conspirators. No one has corroborated this to date.

Do this on his own? No way.

If he'd done it on his own he wouldn't have given the info to Sussmann to give to the CIA. And Sussmann would have been way too smart to do that without implicit guarantees that HRC had his back.

recall (according to the Sussmann indictment) that he told others he was offered the head cyber-security position in the soon expected-to-be Hillary administration. He was being "paid" by the Clinton campaign with a promise of a sinecure, rather than with money. He's also independently wealthy, so money would not be a particularly attractive motivation for Joffe.

Doing stuff like that on your own is like writing your own one way do-not-get-out-of-jail ticket.

Hence TF question about risk of this activity...

He also knows what happens to people who pose a threat to the Clintons
