While writing the previous post on cancer and dope I was also listening to Alexander Mercouris. One of the last items he mentioned was the matter of impeachment. He basically said, it’s obvious that Zhou is being shown the door. Rather than go through the impeachment, he’ll be forced to resign after a deal has been made. The terms of the deal?
It's all obviously coordinated by the Ruling Class. There's no possible way that they really want impeachment--they want resignation, because even saying he won't run leaves the investigations running. Resignation moots all that--that's the Ruling Class plan. They're not throwing Zhou under the bus because they're finally convinced that Zhou is a crook--they've known that forever. They're doing it because they're either afraid of Trump winning or afraid of the blowback from the war on Russia. Or both.

I take from what she says that My President is with me & all Americans. It is enough for me that any evil doers be removed from positions of power over & opportunity to visit their corruption on innocent, undeserving people - aka "us," but not just Americans - this is a worldwide issue. What I believe is that the ability to "whitewash" has come to an end, tho I do not necessarily believe that we will see every malfeasant brought to justice in the way we might wish.

War is another path and may be the best way forward to reduce population and secure the scarce resources every country will be chasing and they would like to hoard them for themselves.
