Obviously we’ll need to wait for details. At this point reporting is that 40 are dead and at least 100 are injured in the attack on the Crocus concert hall in Moscow. Reports are that there were 5 perps, that they took hostages, but that 1 perp has been captured alive.

Not sure i believe the Isis angle on this. Those still photos i took a look at don’t convey their garb plus the way they show how they handle their weapons seems as if serious training somewhere. Could be a black swan precursor. Things are in motion.

USA foreign intelligence agency is necessary . . . the CIA on the other hand, not so much. Now I'm on their enemies list.
Ukraine has been shelling civilians in Donbas for a while, so indirectly backing a terrorist attack is not beyond the pale, just insane.
Has the US issued a statement other than stating Ukraine had no part in this terrorist attack.

I have not seen, although there may be some, statements from DC, London, Paris or Berlin.
I have no doubt, FSB and the Kremlin will find who did this and retribution will arrive in spades.
