Terror Attack In Moscow
Obviously we’ll need to wait for details. At this point reporting is that 40 are dead and at least 100 are injured in the attack on the Crocus concert hall in Moscow. Reports are that there were 5 perps, that they took hostages, but that 1 perp has been captured alive.
Disturbingly, the US and UK had warned their nationals to avoid “large gatherings”.

The Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, is reported to have said that if such a terror attack materialized it would be clear who was behind it. The attack appears similar to previous terror attacks—from quite a few years back—of Caucasus based terrorists. Chechen and Dagestani terrorists are known to be harbored by the Kiev regime. During the Bush administration the CIA is also reported to have worked with Chechen forces, who perpetrated the horrible Beslan massacre. The Ukrainian response to US pleas that they stop attacks on Russian infrastructure and terror attacks on civilians in cities near the border. The Ukrainian response was that they would do what, in their opinion, worked. MI6, in particular, is known to have trained Ukrainians for operations inside Russia—sabotage and assassinations, for sure, but who knows what else?
Of course, at this point this is speculative. There are other possibilities:
Amir Weitmann, of Israel's ruling Likud Party, promises revenge on Russia for insufficient support of Israel:
"Russia is supporting Nazis who want to commit genocide against us. Russia will pay the price!"
One of the people who has recently threatened Russia with terrorist attacks.....

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow and the Moscow region has introduced the Zarya plan. All personnel must arrive at work within an hour, including those who have days off.

Dmitry Medvedev Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation:
"If it is proven that Ukraine is behind the attack, the Ukrainian officials of the state will be eliminated as terrorists."
"If it is established that these are terrorists of the Kyiv regime, it is impossible to deal with them and their ideological inspirers differently.
All of them must be found and mercilessly destroyed as terrorists. Including officials of the state that committed such atrocity. Death for death."

Has the US issued a statement other than stating Ukraine had no part in this terrorist attack.
Prayers to the Russian people and Nation.
I have not seen, although there may be some, statements from DC, London, Paris or Berlin.
I have no doubt, FSB and the Kremlin will find who did this and retribution will arrive in spades.
