Unfortunately with the way the SCOTUS has kicked the two or three cases (ACB, Soto) where they have had the opportunity to stop employer mandates probably already tells us what the ending of this will be.

From what I've read on the SCOTUS rejections is that they were state cases, which in the past states have had the authority in this area but never the federal government in a one size fits all dictate. Using OSHA as the vehicle may be a broken wheel as the ability of the federal government to prove a 'grave' danger to workers based on a pandemic that has passed its zenith seems far fetched at this point in time.

States and or private entities. This is true. Very different for constitutional purposes.

Perhaps they will rule as they have in the past , but that won't be the end of it by any stretch.

From a layman's perspective (that is, mine) every bit of sanity that now exhibits itself in our court system - and every appeal to legislated law and the Constitution - is something to celebrate. Such rulings make it more difficult for en banc courts, appellate courts, or the SCOTUS to argue contrary to them without appearing to have overt political considerations or motives. Thanks Mark for the timely notice of this!

Slavery was once part and parcel of our way of life, too. Supreme Court precedents are not absolute (despite what we may have been taught in High School civics) - Dred Scott vs. Sandford being the most famous example. Laws and their interpretation are continually subject to change depending on those who pass them and those who interpret them. Do not foreclose on what is right or just because of history.

Most people have no problem with 'proven' vaccines, but with this vaccine the testing protocol was truncated to where the long-term affects were never determined. Additionally, the vaccine did not live up to the salesmanship; it doesn't prevent a person from getting the virus and it doesn't stop them from spreading the virus if they become infected.

For the majority of the country, the 'pandemic' is over. Now we're dealing with power hungry tyrants that want to control and boss you around. It stopped being about your health some time ago...

It's not a vaccine in any way the term was understood before 2021. The simple, plain, inescapable fact that the CDC rolled these experimental therapies out as "vaccines" when they very well and good knew they weren't vaccines as the human subjects would understand the term means the only response by people of conscience is to prosecute them at something like a 2nd Nuremberg trial for crimes against humanity. If you think I am being hyperbolic, wait a few days, or hell wait another few weeks if you like, the evidence has been and still will be going in only one direction.

Additionally, never before were there such draconian mandates as masks, social distancing, locked downs, and the dissemination of remarkable propaganda to promote the so-called vaccines proven, early on to be profiting Big Pharma. In spite of burgeoning news which exposed Event 201 as a vehicle to test drive the planned pandemic, still citizens worldwide have rolled up their sleeves willingly to become guinea pigs for the globalist establishment.

Why? Well, the answer is really quite simple. It's not the beltway, but communism. When we have a "pope" (whatever that is at this point) who is flagrantly communist pushing the jab, then, is it any wonder we serve witness to what is unfolding around us?

Disgusting as it is, God is giving us what we deserve. That's the truth. We asked for it. Abortions. Adultery. Same um um marriage. All the rest which must be refrained from uttering here lest one might run the risk of offending. And we think all of this can continue without repercussions?

Well, guess what? Maybe God really does have a plan, after all?
