Thank you, Mark - super sharp and clear - a great compact piece to present to those who cling to late blindness, even now. Will share and share again. Appreciated (also much enjoying your philosophy suggestion - Gilson is a genuine treat - danke!)

Cogent and succinct analysis, but nonetheless kinda discouraging.

We peasants are just along for the ride apparently.

The thing that gets me is just how vast this network is, how loyal the cells are and how easily it can play entire populations.

“Democracy” was always a meme. Nothing more. The Television Paradigm of the West (1950 - 2000~) created it and perpetuated it. This was “globalism.” Or, everyone everywhere be like “us,” as in the US picking up from the Brits. Five Eyes. It was a psy-op, building off of the psy-ops of the Brits and US during the Radio Paradigm (what they then called Propaganda). Straight attempt to control the West and the World.

It is now a dead ideology.

Why now? Why has everyone been talking about this over the last decade? Why not before?

Straight forward answer: we, the entire World, adopted Digital technology, and it’s in everyone’s pocket now! Television and thus Democracy died because Digital (psycho environment) killed it. We killed it. We exposed it. We rejected it, and the rest of Modernity with it.

What we see now are the fringe battlefields where the globalists are conducting rearguard actions against those that no longer accept it. Television is trying to kill Digital: all the talk about tech and destruction of the world as we have known it. But it won’t work. It will be a Digital based world, ubiquitous and everywhere and everyone. Only the West, and its surrogates are still debating this and fighting. The rest of the World has moved on: see China, Russia, India, and so on.

Democracy is gone. And there will be no funeral, and no one will really care. What people want are lives to be lived certain ways, with History, tradition and spirituality/religion front and center. No need for Democracy. People want the powers that be to do their jobs: safety, peace, setting the table so that people can make their own decisions for their communities. Screw Democracy. No one thinks it will lead to a better life.

Television was a con-job: make us believe things that are not real and create a nice story. We don’t care about stories and more, or at least not the stories based on Modern philosophy and science…but a revival of Theology…everyone wants to know more.

Trump became a thing for a simple reason: the death of Television. Fake news. Questions about truth. The crisis of meaning. We wanted off of the fantasy merry go round.

Television was about fantasy/myths. We can change the humans and thus solve the problems of the world. That is Democracy, as the Founders understood well.

Digital is now a DIY psychological environment. Soon it will encompass loving fully in a world of AI and Robots. Makes us have to ask questions about the humans we have not asked for hundreds of years in real ways.

The Deep State/Elites were about perpetuating the dominant psycho environment: fantasy. Now that we go along with that, the Deep State/Elites must fight what is making them obsolete.

It will soon also point to the lack of elites in the West going forward. We have never lived the lives we are going to be living. Thus no properly cultivated and educated elites, in the West.

For China, India, Russia this is a different matter. They are ahead in trying to develop elites based on the Digital environment

Imagine 20 years from now, the young in the West going onto their devices and looking for the elites and finding them only elsewhere.

We have much to learn and work on. ;)

"What the hell exactly is an ostensible democracy where, very explicitly and very openly, you cannot change the policy of the government by voting - and God help you if you try?"

Reminds me of as the Patriarch of the household my kids when they all were teenagers and as much as they tried...

Seriously, actually the military comes to mind initially. Another example is my work relationships / business partners facade to align on goals and execute on them.

Actually facade is the key word for me to understand what you're describing Mark.

Facade, the etymological root of "fake", is exactly the key concept. The owners of the world need stability and predictability. The technologies of mass illusion and mind control are how they achieve this. They hollow out institutions, preserving the appearances but replacing the inner workings.

The longer I study this, the older it appears to me. At this point, I believe that the only really new thing here is the broadening awareness of the real arrangement among the "Subject class", as Mark puts it.

‘… how the Western Regime actually works - the "Regime," such as it is, is not a unified body directly controlling the Western World from the shadows.’ I don’t believe this to be true at all, and IMHO Geroman obscures the reality of shadowy individuals whose identities and activities and linkages need complete exposure. Germans thesis is of an amorphous mass against which resistance is futile. The shadows smile.
