"Iran’s caution up to this point has been paid back by the US with blatant bad faith and ever greater escalation from Israel enabled by the US."
Listening to the Duran, taped before missiles hit near Tel Aviv, Mercouris was adamant that the Iranian president Pezeshkian is out of his depth and, well, nice guys finish last. Pezeshkian reaching out to the US earlier this year was naive, and was seen as weakness by all other parties in the region.
Considering the millions of undocumented aliens who've entered the USA over the last few years, it's not unlikely that there are sleeper cells poised to strike should the US directly enter the conflict, one of the unintended consequences of the Great Replacement.
I remember reading last week that weather was going to be a factor in the next 2 to 3 weeks in whether Israel decided to go into South Lebanon. Ergo, a decision had to be made so I guess they made their decision. As far as I can see from what I have read, it’s all going to be predicated on pulling us into this war and given what I have also read on the defensive strategy of Hezbollah It will be a bloody war on the ground, measured by inches in feet not by miles or kilometers on territory to take in conquer.
This may well be as the name of the book by Cornelius Ryan , a bridge too far for the Israeli defense force. If Iran is going to use hypersonic missiles and we know that Hezbollah also has a supply of advanced missiles. Also, then you can just look for Israel to be pummeled. Their iron dome and saltdome defense systems will not be able to stop any of these missiles. The devastation and Israel will be catastrophic.
The wildcard on this is whether Israel will unleash the Sampson option and bomb Iran With nuclear weapons, making this even a wider war in a bigger mess. Frankly, that part of the Middle East could go radioactive killing everybody within a wide range, not only by the bombing itself, but the radioactive poison that would kill even more we could be looking at a catastrophe that hasn’t been seen ever.
I personally think Hezbollah and Iran have shown a lot of restraint but I also felt there would be a tipping point where they would not put up With anything more . I think the tipping point was reached with the pager attacks and certainly the attack in Beirut destroying apartment houses just to get to that Hezbollah leader.
And here we are in the United States with a politically impotent situation of no leadership. I believe the war crowd and the neocons are in charge and regardless of what the American people think or want here war is what’s going to happen. So we shall see how many of these people who blindly support Israel will be willing to send their children to fight there. God help us all!
Israeli air defenses are proving to be utterly useless against Iranian missiles — and I suspect most or all of the ballistic strikes have been older generation Iranian missiles. They will save the newer ones for subsequent strikes against US bases if the US gets involved.
I was just watching Col. Larry W on Dialogue Works - Nima had some videos he played & it certainly looked like the Iranians were hitting their targets & the Iron Dome wasn't putting a dent in the attack. Certainly looks like there was probably not any "warning" as there was last time. There was a Russian gov't jet headed to Doha - it got to Armenia & turned around...

Expect missile strikes in Russia over the next few hours and days. The Empire's going all in now. Batten down the hatches.
We're led by evil mid-wits, who certainly do know how evil they are. I just hope that everyone else wakes up to that fact.
The kosher turkeys just voted for thanksgiving with any leftovers being seen to by Hanukah. The Darwin Awards Committee are paying attention..
Tit for tat. Eye for eye. Tooth for tooth. Pretty soon neither side has eyes nor teeth.
