Unfortunately this decision is meaningless for current fed contractors. We were told that unless we received the first dose (for Pfizer, anyway) by Nov 2 we would not be in compliance with the Dec 9 deadline and would therefore be fired. The language in the memo was unequivocal. As far as I know this is the case for all DoD contractors but maybe not for others. So by now, anyone who was not vaccinated is either gone or is about to go.
If it is true that 10,000 Marines refused to bow to the virus God in DC, that's two divisions worth of personnel. While these reluctant Marines are across the corps spectrum, a loss of this magnitude would have a crippling impact on combat effectiveness. But with this administration combat effectiveness does not appear to be a concern...

I feel I'm owed compensation for the lies and illegal mandates which forces me to take this vaccination.
