I make the rounds of various websites and if I find an article that I think you and your readers will appreciate, I post them for your awareness.
There are many websites I visit that are in the tank for Israel. American Thinker, American Spectator, PJ Media, Townhall, Red State (the preceding three have the same owners) and Citizen Free Press. Despite this, they have other content I find worthwhile.
Very good article. It clearly presents Jewish Nationalist thinking and what they wish to use America for--via Michael Ledeen. I might even call it Jewish supremacy via proxy, America being the proxy:
"But stability in the Middle East has never been the primary goal. Here we return to Ledeen, who in 2001 argued that stability in the Middle East was an “unworthy American mission” and that **“we do not want stability in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, or even Saudi Arabia. We want things to change. The issue is not whether but how to destabilize.”**
"Ledeen’s vision, shared by many in Washington, isn’t about peace, stability, or even American security. It’s about perpetuating permanent revolution abroad, carried out in the name of “democracy,” to preserve American hegemony while safeguarding Israeli interests, all at the expense of U.S. soldiers and taxpayers."
Just look at some of the data on the millions of deaths and displacements that have followed from this inhuman Jewish Supremacy Project over the last quarter century.
Besides the District of Columbia (DC) Circuit, there is the Federal Circuit. Per Wikipedia, the Federal Circuit handles specialized federal cases such as patents.
Not quite. When lawyers refer to the DC Circuit they mean precisely that--The (Federal) US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit. The citation format for the court is precisely: "D.C. Cir." i.e., DC Circuit. Federal appellate courts are at the top of the system of federal circuits and are often referred to simply as "the circuit court" i.e., of appeals. District courts are the courts for federal districts within any given circuit.
The Federal District Court for the District of Columbia serves--among other things--as the court of appeals for local matters in DC.
Note below the prestige attached to the DC Circuit. The SCOTUS is, in effect, stripping the DC Circuit of some of its leverage.
The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (in case citations, D.C. Cir.) is one of the thirteen United States Courts of Appeals. It has the smallest geographical jurisdiction of any of the U.S. courts of appeals, and it covers only the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
The D.C. Circuit is often considered to be second only to the U.S. Supreme Court in status and prestige, and it is sometimes unofficially termed "the second highest court in the land".[2] Because its jurisdiction covers the District of Columbia, it tends to be the main federal appellate court for issues of U.S. administrative law and constitutional law.[2] Four of the nine current Supreme Court justices were previously judges on the D.C. Circuit: Chief Justice John Roberts and associate justices Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh, and Ketanji Brown Jackson.
There are 12 geographic circuits, One through Eleven, plus the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. In addition, there is a 13th court of appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
The Federal Circuit is distinct from the D. C. Circuit. I'm providing both websites.
Based upon Jackson, Sotomayor and Kagan releasing majority opinions that they authored, my reading of the tea leaves is that we have some more good news upcoming as the court's term ends in 12 days.

Breitbart, too.
I totally understand. I operate on the same principle.

This is an opportune time to again say thank you for your blog.

Bon appetit, Mark! And thanks for the good news. This is what Trump was elected for, not silly foreign entanglements.

My wife will be going out for some Greek food shortly,
I think that was the best of the news
.
Good, however the Court issued a rather bogus decision regarding temporary nuclear waste storage in Texas. Again the majority used standing .
Tx Mark, I’m past ready for some good news! Enjoy your Greek feast!
I just watched the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" (again) last night.
I also recommend that good movie--in addition to good Greek food.
.... will always take some good news...... and hope it grows and grows and grows .... thank you and enjoy your tzatziki :)
Greek food is the only thing I miss in Denver.
