I am not a lawyer, but her education - including graduating only cum laude from Harvard Law (I’d have expected summa cum laude for a SCOTUS nominee) - doesn’t seem to have been exceptional. Her husband’s twin brother is Paul Ryan’s brother-in-law. There doesn’t seem to be anything special about her. I am with Kudlow, who, in his monologue today, said the Breyer replacement should be the very best person available, regardless of race and gender, and that Biden is unfit to be president because of his racism. Everything is about race. Inappropriate in a presiident.

It’s my guess that Ketanji's was considered to be a swell affirmative action story as she moved through her life to this point. That is not good enough.

Kudlow said that, if the best qualified person happens to be black and a woman, that’s fine, but those should not be the basic criteria.

Poll after poll shows that the border is a huge issue for Americans. It's easy to ask a nominee their opinion of the open refusal of government officials to enforce the law--and then scream if they refuse to give a straight answer.
