The problem as i see it was that some Dems and GOP congressmen were aware of this all the time. Think about how Schiff dug his heels in and Swalwell too. Heck even the SSCI work in the shiff were aware of this. Cocaine Mitch too. Hence the orig impeachment trial and Mitch keeping all in line. Yes this was a secret to most. Kinda like George Kent’s recent email finally being released to John Solomon after five years.

If you get a chance go back and watch Jake Sullivans congressional testimony from 2018. Fascinating.

For my part, I am very happy to have found this substack. I hope substack keeps being a bastion of free thought. Perhaps I've read too much Sundance, and waited too long, along with everyone else, to hope anything comes out of this. But, I am open to being pleasantly surprised.

I am so thankful that people like you, Andrea, Dr SWC, Boncie, Sundance, Perry, Kash, and all the others that are following along on all of this, and applying their various skills and experiences to make it clear to us. Can you imagine if we had to rely on the Leftist media for our information? I can, and, frankly, it scares the hell out of me.

There are several angles to the latest revelations by Durham. First and foremost is the fact the MSM is not covering this news at all - and Fox has picked up on this fact as well as right leaning conservative online outlets like Red State. How long will the MSM 'head buried in the sand' routine last? Well, with the SWIFT Boat vets story back in the W vs. Kerry election, the MSM wouldn't touch the accusations until Kerry had to speak up due to falling poll numbers. This time it may take indictments or confessions as there is much more at stake, namely credibility.

Then there are those old NYT's stories with breathless reporting on Trump being a Russian stooge. Numerous journalists (Mollie Hemmingway stands out) and pundits are today pointing out these old articles as baseless screed to prop up a liberal anti-Trump narrative. Those once lightning rod stories may end up being used as a cattle prod on some NYT's Pulitzer winners.

It will be interesting to see if Tucker leads with Ukraine or Durham tonight.

MSM won't touch this until the official narrative is released. I heard the beginnings yesterday with "if it was illegal, there would be arrests" from that morning Joe clown.

And. Chris Hayes led with Trumps tax returns news. LOL.

Well, Tucker led with Durham tonight and gutted Leslie Stahl like a fish. Then he put the spotlight on Jake (NSA) Sullivan and lit him up like the lying cad he is. Bottom line per Tucker: Trump was right when he claimed he was spied upon. Then he takes down Hillary and her false accusations against Trump. Great stuff. Lee Smith explains the EOP and how secure it was supposed to be - but was surveilled by political operatives working for Hillary Clinton - the "deranged harridan" per Smith.

The biggest political scandal of our lifetimes and the MSM is AWOL...

The fact that the inventor of the Russia Hoax is handling this Ukraine Invasion thing is about as scandalous as one can imagine. And nobody calls him on it.

"During Monday’s press briefing, White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked repeatedly for comment on the scandal. She outright refused to say anything on the subject and indicated that the reporter should ask the Department of Justice." Matt Margolis at PJ Media.

There are some ad hoc meetings taking place in the Biden WH to develop talking points. Even our feckless MSM won't be satisfied with this clown show response. And those were the easy questions...

You mean the DOJ where Jake Sullivan’s wife works for Garland? LOL.

The GOPe would have thanked their lucky stars for a pretext to remove Trump; they would have bent over backwards to find an accommodation for Hillary.

It wouldn't need to be constitutional. As you say: fast and furious. There were enough of us worried about the Russia rumors to think an investigation would suss it out. Remember: the current mainstream conservative distrust of the government was birthed through the Russia hoax. If they had gotten Trump out, none of that would have taken hold and we'd still be happy as frogs in a kettle.

"The GOPe would have thanked their lucky stars...." Yes, indeed. "There were enough of us worried..." No. There never was any real basis for thinking Trump was a Russian stooge or agent and anyone who thought so desperately needed to check back in with the home planet for confirmation. The only thing I worried about (and still do ) are the people who believed Trump was a Russian agent.

Oh, do I agree with you! I thought it was preposterous that people believed Trump was working with the Russians from the moment I heard it -- and, to be honest, I didn't like him at first, though I voted for him of course. I even wrote my state senators (supposed conservative, loyal Republicans) requesting they come out and publicly support him against that fabrication. All I got back were letters saying the Russians were bad actors and should be investigated. Stupid fools! I still get mad thinking about it.

Fair enough.

I've always believed Iraq sent their chemical weapons to Syria.

9-11, until recently I was content with the explanation that bin Laden did it, but now I know we went to war against the wrong country.

But in being forced to a place of distrust in the government - real, deep down distrust - I now recognize I've really only just begun to be consistent with conservatism.

Yeah, I hadn't done much probing into 9-11. The official story seemed straight forward and credible enough to me.

But I've lately learned that Prince Bandar, who's so close to the Bush family that he is known as Bandar Bush, was substantially involved in funding 9-11, and he along with several other Saudi royal and government officials were in the U.S. that day and whisked out of the country. So, sure, bin Laden may have been involved, but without real proof he is rather superfluous to the plot.

Regarding the Pentagon, I have a friend who witnessed the plane striking it. (And you would have to account for a missing plane full of passengers if otherwise.) But the point about the skill level of the pilot is well taken; quite beyond a few hours in a simulator.

Regarding Bldg 7, I dunno. It sure looks like a controlled demo, which leads you to wonder who was in it - I'm sure there are terabytes of online discussion about that! But how do you trick NIST into producing their obviously-flawed report? Arup and Weidlinger did the litigation studies; these are world-class engineering firms - how did they fail to discover that the collapse of the northeast core could not possibly have led to the simultaneous collapse of the rest of the building?

Here's a report that concludes that simultaneous failure of all interior columns followed by simultaneous failure of all exterior columns (read: controlled demo) is the only model thus far (contra NIST, Arup & Weidlinger) that successfully explains the observed dynamics of how the building fell.
