As much as I admire Donald Trump for his efforts and his several accomplishments 2016-2020, can a political establishment which presents Donald Trump vs. Joe Biden in the contest to lead the most powerful country on the planet possibly be a serious contest? I've seen more serious contests for Student Council President.

Well, the answer is, yes, they are dead serious. Because if Mark and everybody else who reads and posts here is correct, the election doesn't matter! Nor does it matter who wins! Our elective politics are clearly a joke...bread and circuses along with fast food, streaming movies, fiat money, affirmative action, equity and wokeness to satisfy and pacify the masses while the real business of the Elites (the real money and power) gets done behind the scenes.

Ever wonder why the war in Ukraine was never debated...not in Congress, not in the media, not in the living rooms of America...nowhere? Because debate is not necessary. It was already debated behind closed doors in the Club which we don't belong to. Ever wonder why Joe Biden didn't campaign? Didn't have to campaign? Ever wonder how John Fetterman was elected? How complete and total utter idiots can be elected? None of it matters!

I have to laugh when the propaganda machine insists that we are in Ukraine to preserve 'democracy'. There is no democracy in Ukraine and there is no democracy in the U.S.

Yes, Athena, its all theatre.

It’s all political theater and I didn’t buy tickets to see this play. Republicans are no different than Democrats. DC is the WWE on steroids. Every question of every hearing is part of the script. Every press conference on the steps of the capitol is part of the script.

Is this really new? Or has it been going since.... pick a date or administration. Is it only that now with today’s means of communication that it is so much harder to hide?

I said it before I think Joe and the family are the bag men for congress, and the senate. has any of the so called con inc. patriotic leaders of the house (Jim Jorden, MTG, etc. ) even attempted to find out where all the $$ flowing to the Ukraine has gone I suspect allot has come back this way and has been deposited into shell accounts controlled by the family members in the house and senate. Also quite a bit is laundered through the boogiemen that they set up such as Sorios et all. This mess has been going on in the US almost since the founding and maybe with all this in our face almost every day people will start to wake up and start to work to get the country to the principals that Franklen, Hamilton, Washington risked their lives to start

The incrementalism of it all is perhaps what strikes me the most at this point. How it has become perfectly acceptable for the correct political players to engage in this level of depravity and corruption. What within my lifetime would have been scandalous is now Ho Hum. How absolutely numb to it all we have become. Nothing surprises anymore. No accountability? No shock. No accountability? No surprise. As long as the player holds the “correct” political views it becomes a cloak of invincibility. Remember Bill Clinton? It’s just sex, he supports abortion. Nancy Pelosi insider trading? She supports abortion. Feinstein? The same. It really is a spiritual battle that’s been unleashed upon the land.

No accountability? No surprise. As you say, nothing surprises anymore. But it is not a spiritual battle that’s been unleashed upon the land. Nobody is fighting. They want control and money, there is nothing the least spiritual about them, and they have now arrived at the point that they can dispense with us. They control all the positions of power, elections are meaningless and they don't like us. We have no reason to like them, or try to get along. We preserve our spiritual and moral existences and our way of life by ignoring them and keeping just enough within the law to stay out of trouble. Comfort yourself. There will be days when they need us. We will not be present.
