Makes sense why they’ve been changing and updating the DSM. They gamed this a long time ago.

Yesterday, Jeff Childers (Coffee & Covid) had a really good blog spot on an article from WAPO. It's the 3rd topic and it's called "A provocative experiment pits AI against federal judges". It's really interesting and thought I'd share. https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/mongoose-love-thursday-march-20-2025

Thanks, very interesting. One assumes that the judges all did quite well on the LSAT, which is supposed to reward people who can follow correct reasoning and weed out extraneous factors. Hmmm.

OT Trumps words, even if exaggeration to get a settlement or parties talking about settlement

may have unintended consequence

"Defence Minister Israel Katz said on Friday that Israeli forces would “intensify” the military campaign against Hamas and use “all military and civilian pressure, including evacuation of the Gaza population south and implementing United States President [Donald] Trump’s voluntary migration plan for Gaza residents”.

Katz instructed the army “to seize additional areas in Gaza, evacuate the population and expand security zones around Gaza to protect Israeli communities and [Israeli army] soldiers”, local media quoted him as saying.

My concern is Roberts. How do you interpret a story like this:

"Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts is involved in an invite-only club for elite judges in Washington, DC. The elitist club America Inns of Court also includes the radical America-hating judges James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Amit Mehta—all hard-left judges and Trump-haters."

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/03/revealed-chief-justice-john-roberts-caught-secretive-invite/

What does this mean and how does it influence what the Roberts court would do if these lower court judges get this to the supreme court, how will they rule? Trust in our judicial system was slowly ebbing away before and now stuff like this seems to accelerate the mistrust in the judicial branch. If these type of actions were taken by the right with a Democrat president, wouldn't they just ignore them and dare action be taken to stop them?

It means that all of the people holding official positions are part of the elite class and they all talk to each other, not matter their differences of opinion. Nowhere is this more true than in the legal establishment. If you think all members of that club are happy with Roberts and on board with his jurisprudential ideas, you need to seriously rethink that.

Shipwreckedcrew @shipwreckedcrew

LOL ... It's a largely "social" club that promotes the development of relationships between federal judges and the attorneys that appear in their courts. It often focuses on lessons for young lawyers in professionalism and expectations that usually differ from what they encounter in state courts.

Sometimes there are outside speakers on specific topics of interest. I've been asked to speak to the NDTX Inns of Court on my experiences defending J6 cases.

If you want a functional equivalent, its like the Rotary or Optimist Clubs where the membership is judges and lawyers focusing on federal courts.

I had the feeling it might be click bait and intended to create fear. Thanks for the context and bringing me back reality. There is just so much going on internationally and domestic. It's hard to stay even keel. Thanks for all you do, Mark, you are a treasure!

I read that this morning. It was good. I always thought we were being ripped off through the NGO's and non-profits. The way it's been done is infuriating.

And we haven't even seen the first lawsuit challenging the 'cancelling' of the Department of Education. We know they are coming. You would think the judge shopping would already be completed given the heads-up Trump gave them.

The Left's taxpayer funded gravy train is ending and all it can do is throw judges in front of the Trump locomotive as it barrels down the track. Roberts would be wise to step in before the Article III branch is completely dishonored by the actions of these activist judges.

Three words gutted of all meaning that no longer reflect substance, just spin; the left, progressive, sustainable.

Many, and not just "Republicans," have opined that the Democratic party is too far gone and needs to die. Despite my dyed in the wool upbringing I would agree if that could allow the

emergence of a new voice genuinely representative of a coherent intelligent interest. Good luck with that; but my friends keep reminding me that the Constitution says nothing about having to have 2 parties. If the Republican party was the last man standing then wouldn't we devolve

into 'europe' or say 'italy,' or an already home grown banana republic. All this feels hopelessly parochial as long as we're outfitted with lunge reins that forclose any action to do with the fact that we already have 3.

Marxists trying to have it both ways again. You can’t reason with a crazy person without driving yourself crazy. And that is what we currently face. Crazy people. Not stupid mind you, but crazy nonetheless.

Hypothesis:

1. The Democratic Party is controlled by the elites.

2. The left / Democrats elites have been using federal money to fund their salaries, organizations, and buy votes through NGO’s they control through overhead taking a tax / overhead of up to 98% on federal ad l funding.

3. The leftist elites went to the same schools and share the same culture, and inter marry and socialize with each other.

4. The Leftist Judges are part of this elite class.

5. The leftist judges through relatives, siblings, spouses, and children are often tied to NGO’s using federal money to advance leftist causes. Or Democratic consulting organizations.
