If this article at The Expose is to be believed, there are still 23.5m Brits out of ~ 66.5m that are non-jabbed. That would be a lot more than they seem to want us to believe. I wonder what the real number is in the US???

With regards to the airlines, as someone who made million miler back in the 90's (not a badge of honor mind you - you're never home), I'm not flying until they knock all the nonsense off.

I'm never flying again. If I can't drive there then I'm not going.

Boy, that article is an eyeopener. Of course, the government has admitted to using scare tactics. No doubt the same thing is going on here.

I just noticed an ellipsis (3 dots) next to delete which allows editing. Is that a new feature of SS or is that something you enabled Mark?

Not me.

Mark, please reconsider your use of "pure blood". It's a little too loaded down with some truly unfortunate historical meaning, and is easily turned into ammo for those who see "white supremacy" everywhere.

May I suggest the term "good heart" instead? Seems to be what they say in Australia.

I am not Aussie nor do I intend to speak like one. I am an American.

I gotta be honest, I find it hard to care. People call me a racist for being a white man. I'm deplorable for being a Christian. I have to suck it up, so can everyone else.

Shy Boy I think we should start right here and now worrying less about the historical meaning of words. That is the worry of the censor. That "pure blood" has arisen seems to me to hold meaning important to the argument about these experimental jabs. I suppose Good Heart does too but not with the same force. Does it make us uncomfortable? Maybe we should ask why? Does anyone get to ascribe one and only one meaning to a word? Do African Americans, who it seems as a percentage of their population have foregone the experimental gene therapies more than or as much as their non African American fellow citizens, necessarily need to be offended by the term as applied to themselves in this case? I doubt it. As for those who see "white supremacy" everywhere, well, I'm not going to let them run my life.

I agree with Chuck and Helmsley. They are trying to corrupt our language, change the meanings of words, and generally beat us over the head every time we hit one of their trip wires. They believe they now own the goal post and the dictionary. I won’t bow down to that. They have their own words which are derogatory toward others - including “whitey” (us). Yes, just suck it up. But don’t let them twist our minds and our words.

When I was in college many moons ago I had an excellent linguistics teacher (who was a follower of Alfred Korzybski, who came up with something called "General Semantics"). AK's most famous quote was "The map is not the territory." In other words language is symbolic. It is an expression of one's perceptions and beliefs of reality at a given time but it is not a part of reality and should not be confused with it. In short, language is what we make of it and nothing more.

Totalitarians love to manipulate language by using it to confuse people and distort their perceptions of reality. That is why we should always view it as a powerful tool. But at the same time we should not take it overly seriously - it always needs to be received in context and in evaluation of the mental and physiological state of its source before it is assigned meaning and value. I may grunt because I don't agree with Kant's metaphysics or perhaps only because I have gas. It is up to you to make that determination. The grunt itself has no intrinsic meaning or value. \Sermon. Thanks for your attention.

One of my longtime sayings (which I believe I came up with but maybe not) is “what if they gave a war and nobody came?” This works for dreadful Zhou’s attempt to put a curse on the unvaccinated American people. Will Jill give him a voodoo doll for Christmas so that he can busy himself sticking pins in it? He is sicker than we thought.

Any 'winter of death' is likely to result from the vaxxed via ADE/VEI/OAS. We can pray that this does not happen--and it appears (so far) that Omicron isn't a killer--but it it doesn't happen it will not be because of vaxxing. It will be despite vaxxing.
