Well, i for one am about tired of wringing my hands and worrying about these DC gangsters and the coming apocalypse. Bring on the collapse. I'd prefer it be without nukes, obviously, but it's clear to me that the only way out of this anarcho-tyranny we're under is a full on collapse that forces all of us to make...difficult choices when the Regime rolls out the full police state measures (rationing, lockdowns, martial law i response to the predictable riots, mass arrests).

It sounds crazy now but it's not hard to imagine how the Regime will use a 2nd Depression to suspend all rights and impose solutions for the "good of the country. " And use their brown shirts BLMTIFA to turn cities into nightmares for more military solutions.

My hope is that these scumbags have once again gone too far too fast too soon and will fail in a flaming heap. Better to get this on sooner than later when we're all poorer, more beaten down, and more frightened. If there are any patriots left in the military, i pray they refuse the lawless orders when they come.

Isn't it strange? One reads columns like this and the ones in American Greatness to see discussions of matters essential to America's interests. When Congress stays up late at night to pass budgets nobody has read are they concerned where we will be getting our zinc and fertilizer from, or the status of the dollar? Are they concerned about millions of Americans or their few lobbyist pals? They all seem to get rich very quickly on coming to Washington. Is flirting with a possible war a political ploy with possible real life consequences that we can worry about later? Are these people for real or do they exist in a Washington bubble where it is all prestige, power, money and cocktail parties? In short, might I suggest that people insulated from real-life consequences risk getting us into a cataclysm that nobody can predict or prepare for. All those Kiwis and Aussies already got 3/4 shots, signed up for their Covid digital IDs, etc. The Govt got what they wanted. All that’s left is to put em in “shut down at any time” EVs and all will be well. The decline and fall of the West happening in my lifetime. Never thought I’d see it. I’ll fight it all I can but it’s still tough to watch.

Interesting podcast, more so than the summary indicates:

Excellent link, mark. Samo Borja gives a very cogent analysis of the global trends and possible effects on a diverging world. His idea that the US could turn in on itself and double down w globalism and wokesterism via increasing repression is chilling.

I am not sure that the Ukraine Debacle is the reason that Biden's Popularity stopped falling. My guess is he has a rock bottom support number that is very hard to get past. Plus the way the polls are sampled.

I agree with that Ray. However, the point that the GOP is depriving themselves of the moral high ground and, thus, possibly weakening its brand for 2022 seems valid.

Mark - What I am surprised about is how Trump has avoided the fall out of the Ukraine Debacle. I am surprised the Press Media Complex has not figured out a way to somehow slime him over that. And he is not in the news either as being hysterical over supporting Ukraine either. A challenge is Biden is dirty on Ukraine so the past is being memory holed.

For the GOP, the same people that hate Trump, are going hysterical on Ukraine. I don't understand it. J.D. Vance's questioning of the Ukraine narrative was refreshing, and much more how the majority of Republican voters feel. The propaganda on Ukraine is so over the top, it's amazing. The problem is the media has shredded their credibility so much, that their propaganda my guess is losing it's impact. The challenge is the images produced out of the Ukraine are powerful. A challenge for the narrative, is the US attention span is not that long. And the blame Putin's Ukraine debacle for inflation is not resulting in a bounce for Biden. Biden is being seen as spineless, and directionless.

My concern is more with the economic impact, and the NeoCon (I finally accept your use. I did not realize there were Democratic Neocons, I thought it a GOP thing), are over reaching so much in this area. There are many more shoes to drop, and the economic impact of this can't be under estimated. Interesting interview:

Spanish civil war seems more likely if the active and reserve military split in their support for the Regime. We could easily see national guard units in different states in opposition as well as units stationed in red states go over to the resistance.

My question is whether anyone below the rank of colonel will support the Regime, particularly if it comes to actual firing on fellow Americans.

Your articles get better and better, Mark. When even the neo-con fools at AG are starting to get it, you know things are bad. My only point of disagreement with the people you quote is about the Evil v Stupid Parties in the US. In fact it is now the Evil v Equally Evil parties. Does anyone REALLY believe that a GOP with human excrement like Romney and Graham will change things for the better? I end with my eternal question: is the West stupid and incompetent, or are they deliberately trying to bring the roof down over our (and their) heads?
