I really loved this first one—really spoke to me, and it says so much about the male mentality: Is Your Husband Secretly Looking At Pictures Of World War 2 Planes On The Internet? Know The Warning Signs The second item is an hour long video that I watched, and which should appeal to military history buffs. I got this from Larry Johnson this morning:
Somewhere in the video he states that German Tiger tank production for the entire war amounted to only 3 mos. worth of T-34 production. The Soviets were already starting to introduce the T-34 to front line units in 1941, and the Germans were shocked at how much better it was than anything they had. The Germans were never going to win that war--just kill tens of millions of people.
The Germans armor was not mechanically reliable, prone to breakdown at the most inopportune moments. Shermans were reliable mechanically, the early versions were more dangerous to the crew than the enemy. T-34's were all around excellent and built in massive numbers.
House video was excellent
My thoughts too…
“Meanwhile, the GOP leaders are willingly trying to throw the election away with this federal abortion ban crap.”
