All self explanatory:
The blame for this nightmare is 100% bipartisan. Trump started sending weapons, abrogated major treaties, and relations with Russia cratered. All while Dems/media obsessed with a deranged “collusion” conspiracy, poisoning the well for any real diplomacy. Which Biden refused to do
You have to be dangerously simple-minded to not understand what the US proudly declared: that it turned Ukraine into a client state, subsidized its military, and was the only relevant diplomatic player in this entire situation. Acknowledging reality doesn't "excuse Putin," idiots
If you don't think the recent radicalization of the US foreign policy establishment against Russia had any affect on how the US carried out its self-proclaimed central role in this situation, I don't know what to tell you

new map shows that Russian forces advancing from south are about to create pocket in Mariupol by meeting Donetsk forces moving west. At left is map as of Feb 23. Meanwhile, media focuses entirely on Kyiv.

one of the characteristics of Syrian war against AlQaeda and ISIS was that heavily fortified fronts scarcely moved, but rapid advances occurred from "behind". That's happening in Ukr. While media watch Kyiv, rapid advance from south to encircle Maniupol and entire Azov coastline.
With Ukraine’s regular military vanquished, Washington seeks to fund a CIA-backed insurgency to ratchet up civil war and destabilize Russia’s frontiers - just as it did in Syria. I assume a White Helmets-style propaganda effort is in the works too.
Will people learn their lesson? Of course they won't 🤷♂️

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence is CONFIRMING that the garrison of Snake Island is ALIVE and has surrendered to Russian troops

What this next map appears to show is that Russian forces are seeking to encircle Ukrainian forces that were stationed in the East, before they can make the long withdrawal to Kiev. Such a withdrawal—given Russian control of the airspace—would be difficult to impossible. Thus the Russians appear willing to leave encircled pockets of resistance in the interest of creating the encirclement/cauldron that they hope will lead to surrender:
They certainly aren't moving as fast as Army Group South did in 1941. Lack of manpower or resistance? Certainly the Germans had the element of surprise and no Russian satellites to watch them :). Seems the Russians learned the Kesselslacht, just gotta move faster. Makes one wonder what the real situation is. BTW, no rooting for anyone, just looking at maps.
