I read Childer's this morning, and while I greatly appreciate his ability to explain complex matters, and his Christian optimism, I am concerned that a deal is being made: the government leaves Christians alone to do their Christian pro-life thing protected by anti-anti-Christian laws, and everybody leaves Zionists alone to do their Zionism thing protected by anti-semitism laws.
And in the middle of it all goes unresolved the radical change asserted in the West that a man can marry a man and have babies. Just don't call that assertion a dogma, it's a rational conclusion based on the priority of the right of an older human to be affirmed in his sexual expression, over and against the right of a younger human to be raised by his mother and his father.
For a good example of why that kind of confusion must be EXPLICITLY overcome, see this article by the well intentioned but confused Glenn Diesen--an intelligent man whom I've cited repeatedly:
The Limits of Reason, Individualism and Secular Morality: The Collapse of Liberal Democratic Values
He makes excellent points that are, however, vitiated by false distinctions such as reason/instinct and modern/pre-modern that seem to reflect his own immersion in secular society.
I am descended from Puritan ministers. So was George Washington.
Without this heritage there never would have been a United States of America.
Think about it.
The globalist ruling elite wants to destroy all vestiges of religion and personal morality. They want a human anthill. One that has been thoroughly culled of course.
No thanks Mark.
I don't care what religion anyone belongs to. But there is a universal morality. Lose that and all is lost.
My guess is eventually the anti free speech Semitic / Zionist legislation will be found unconstitutional after it gets to scotus. This will take a while. I’m surprised I’ve not heard of any lawsuits on it yet. Of course I also regard hate speech legislation in general as unconstitutional.
My understanding of the separation of church and state in the constitution, is the goal was no official church of the U.S. government, ie no Church of England.
The term Christian nationalist seems a typical Alinsky tactic, rule 12, of defining an enemy and freezing them.
The money that flowed from USAID to Christian to probably co-opt them was interesting. I wonder how much will change for the left after the money spigot from USAID and CPT ends, Sundance guesses it’s 75% of funding for leftist groups. I’m guessing a huge amount of leftist funding comes from the US government.
In late 2023 the House voted in favor of a Resolution that condemned antisemitism and outsourced its definition to a third-party (The
International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance). A resolution does not have the force of law.
One R congressman, the always sensible Thomas Massie, voted against it. I called my R Congressman and objected to his yes vote. His young aide seemed amused by my questions. Had the Congressman read the Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism? He didn’t know but doubted it. So I read some of its key points. For example, if I stated that Jews killed Jesus, I would be an antisemite according to the definition. Did his aide think I am an antisemite? He didn’t think so but wasn’t sure.
Johnson is a dispensationalist and so he thinks that the current nation of Israel is God’s Chosen People and that God blesses those who bless Israel. Of course, this is a nonsense understanding of the Scriptures, but it is one that Johnson advocates and you can find this position in his public statements. I know a good many people who think this way, some Baptist and some not. They can’t bring themselves to condemn Israel for what it is doing in Gaza because they have a poor understanding of the Scriptures. Can you imagine Jesus calling for the extermination of women and children such as that occurring today in Gaza? Or the killing of Palestinian Christians (or any innocent) who happens to be in the path of a U.S. manufactured bomb?
I think we'll find that much of the anti-Christian agitprop was government funded. Just like in Canada during their hoax campaign against the Catholic church that led to all sorts of violent attacks based on verified falsehoods.

Thank you Mark, clearly stated.

While it would seem that way, it doesn't appear to be anything Vought shies away from:

However, this is key:
Russell Vought Is the Glue Between Elon Musk and Republicans
The newly confirmed co-author of Project 2025 is a quiet radical with enormous power, who can help keep DOGE and Congress in sync and in line.
I’m not so sure on the current usage origin.
