I hasten to add that this is the work of the British Deep State Cabal and not condoned by the British People, who themselves, have been Royally shafted themselves by these criminals!

Brilliant....it's well worth highlighting how we can easily make poorly informed biased inferences that have nothing to do with many ordinary people

Meanwhile ordinary Brits are suffering, with no sign of improvement, but we still seem to have laptop warriors who believe the anti-Russia xenophobic bullshit and think the UK should be be punching above its weight etc etc. I suppose some are "traditional" Labour supporters, who tend to be as right-wing, if not more so, than traditional Tories, and/or idiots who still give Starmer the benefit of the doubt.

Britain suckered the US into World War I. Britain suckered the US into World War II. Britain is trying to sucker the US into World War III. Why? Read the Chapter "Rule Britannia" in my book "Our Country, Then and Now." https://www.amazon.com/Our-Country-Then-Richard-Cook/dp/1949762858

Alex Krainer has a theory that Britain is on the verge of bankruptcy and societal collapse. Their financial issues stem from loans to Ukraine and guarantees of Ukraine debt. Ukraine itself is a financial mess, robbing Peter to pay Paul to make their bond payments. If Ukraine defaults, Britain is toast, so the way to make sure Ukraine doesn’t default is to keep the war going and money flowing to Ukraine. It’s going to be an interesting 2025.

i think most country are on verge of bankruptcy, the idea is to hold on as much as possible, so when a good portion of all country are in dept. time to reset the clock. 9\11 exemple. why not even the end of the crusade at some point. well, I do think they have a substitute country where no economic disaster will occur. like Suisse or kazaksthan specialy Astana. Just my opinion tho, nothing professional.

UK monarchy fears if US and Russia become friends, it will be obvious that UK monarchy is irrelevant. Headline in Economist article references that what's at risk is massive post 1945 architecture (set up by Truman which enslaved US taxpayers to "the world.") 1945 of course was the year Truman dropped two nuclear bombs on civilian Japanese populations. Economist article quotes Rubio--previously known for his America Last views--admitting that up til now, other countries were allowed to have national interests, but Americans were not, "the globe" came first:

"“I know you’ve gotten used to a foreign policy

in which you act in the national interest of your country

and we sort of act in the interest of the globe or the global order.

But we are led by a different kind of person now.”"

Seems like Britain and Europe thinks all they have to do is outlast Trump’s administration and don’t fear Vance getting elected.

It might be Trump’s fear hence the blitzkreig.

Yuval Harari; au point; the human being can be hacked.

Just like that poor bull in the arena who stopped dead in the midst of his charge.

They do it because they can. Well guess what, they can.

The saddest thing in the world is when people think they are living in a democracy but they really have no say at all what their government does and have no idea of the reality

Yeah, they keep blathering on about "our democracy" when they should be saying "our controlled fake democracy" and then you would have a better idea of what they are really saying. Not that an oppressive real democracy of dumbed down people thoroughly brainwashed and propagandized would be any better in my view.

The extent of the looming financial crisis in England cannot be overstated. The Bank of England is the primary guarantor of enormous loans made to Ukraine ostensibly as payment for mineral rights and those agreements are the underlying collateral supporting these loans. Once Russia asserts full control over the Donbass, that collateral becomes worthless and the Bank of England becomes insolvent. And that is no trivial matter. Very. hard times are in store for British citizens in the near future, and that fate cannot be postponed by a few naval drones.

Assuming the poll is genuine, I can only think that the Brits are doing this for the same reason that the liberal Left do any of these stupid things: they are out of touch with reality. They don't understand the word "consequences". The UK is in the worst position of the Western European nations as they have no serious opposition parties. Farage has long been a shadow boxer after his excellent work on Brexit. I love the old place, but I'm so glad I got out.

I agree that Trump seems very sincere in his distaste for young people dying in wars.

I also don't think that the Brits could do any more to assure Trump that he is making the right decision in "aligning" with Russia.

Trump has always been an Anglophile in the sense of liking Britain. Whether he still is with all the crap that's happened in the last ten years I don't know. His mother was of a Scottish generation that tended to be British patriots and not particularly anti-english while still being very fond of their Scottishness. So Trump may not have heard much anti-sassenach talk from his mother. Who knows? I could be wrong....

I think this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part. We're just the guys to do it... LET'S DO IT!

Britain always has been, is now, and will be our eternal enemy. At least until such time as their arrogant, despicably dank island sinks into the abyss of the sea from a wave triggered by a cutting-edge Russian weapons system

I'm British and neither do I - never have. Don't know about you but I haven't come across a single person lately who has supported it when the topic comes up. I'd suggest those polls are manipulated. I'd also suggest that maybe this is a last hurrah by the British. I live on a decommissioned RAF base where military still reside and not one of them believes in this war.
