Putin's overwhelming re-election and now the terrorist attack seem to have marked a turning point. Nothing new, but just a big upshift in gears of the existing strategy. Let's see if NATO is stupid enough to try and stop Russia taking Odessa.

Putin has shown himself to be a master of restraint and self-control in the face of what I would certainly call reckless provocation and he has said all along that he’s the one in control, not NATO, not Ukraine and certainly not the West. The Russian declaration that the SMO was now officially a war, wasn’t so much saber rattling as much as it was a clear message to the West, and the US specifically, “we are not playing around and if you persist in escalating the provocations, then we will respond accordingly”. As many here have said, this is a very dangerous game that the globalists/neocons are playing

and Putin is not in the mood for games!
