On Trump’s over the top response on the Twitter releases.

The reality is unless something is done to stop the fraud, Trump has no chance in 2024. Arizona’s recent election proved that. The 2024 election would just be stolen from Trump, just like the 2020 one was.

This explains Trumps laser focus since 2020 on election fraud rhetorically. He has moved the Overton window on Election fraud. 71% of Americans now believe elections are rigged.

My guess this is double from 4 years ago.

Kash Patel was on with Bannon today and gave a compelling account of how complicit the

GOP was--especially Barr, Wray, Ryan. To understand this is to understand that the republic has been taken over by an inside group that will stop at little or nothing.

So, winning in a fallen world means letting crooks get away with their crookedness. IOW, winning is having a mouth full of it, but not saying "shit!" Why didn't I think of that?

Expand full comment

Agreed. And, once again, the action needs to be at the state level. The states created the Fed, it's time to put it in its place. I know it may be a pipe dream but, I truly believe its the only way. Took these leftists 100 years to bring us to where we are. It may take that long to take it back and doubtful it can be done but we have to try. A governor like DeSantis showed how it can be done, that's why I think he's better where he is. If he gets too DC he's a goner. The Swamp swallows em all, save Trump. With good state government we can all self-select and live more as we wish. Otherwise, the Left, et al consolidate the power they have and twist the screw more and more.

Not very well thought out post but its just what I think.

The most infuriating thing about this is that I think these clowns are probably laughing at us right now and saying, “I can’t believe they fell for it again!”

Our only hope is Washington messes things up so badly that everybody longs for the days Herbert Hoover was President. Then maybe the masses will vote for anybody but those in power.

'The problem for Kevin McCarthy is that he’s never tried to be “a stopgap” against the Biden regime. It’s not that he tried and failed — it’s that he doesn’t even pretend very well. He can’t even get the optics right. In fact, on the same day that Kevin McCarthy promised to be the leader of a “stopgap” to the Biden regime, he sat down for dinner with Hunter Biden at the White House.'

Trump won’t be president. The 2024 election will be a sham with Arizona as the model.

Expand full comment

Of course. The Dems won't suddenly become honest in 2024. And the GOP won't suddenly start fighting tooth and nail to stop election fraud. The truth is, both sides are very happy with the status quo. If only Americans had guns like the Brazilians, then they would be able to revolt. Oh, wait...

I’m starting to think the same thing. 2016 will probably be considered the last non-rigged election in American history.

Saddest part of all is that I don’t think anybody in DC even cares.

Expand full comment

No... 2016 was rigged, it just wasn't sufficiently rigged. They've all been rigged, for a long time. But the rigging's getting both bolder and more sophisticated. At this point they've proven that they can get away with the sham in broad daylight.

Local elections might still be fair-ish, in some places. I recommend moving to a place like that, and participating in local politics like your freedom depends on it: it does. Get to know your local authorities and law enforcement. Don't just isolate. Build alternatives.

Exactly. That's the source of Hillary's rage. She was cheated because the rigging didn't work.

Let's see. We've seen our last legit election. But Trump shouldn't complain because it's all constitutional. Right.

How long? Too long.

True. My guess is that, for the vast majority, as soon as a person becomes the incumbent, the allure of such influence and wealth-acquisition potential is nearly impossible to turn from and stay “pure.” And that is maximized by lining up with the establishment. “Nice little seat on the committee you’ve got there…”

You don't need to get elected. It's enough to get a $800K / year sinecure with the RNC losing election litigation (Harmeet), a sweet gig circling the country putting on conventions and giving speeches (Posobiec, Kirk et al) for $$.

The left has its grifters but it seems to have a higher percentage of true believers. On the right, they seem to have decided that losing is okay and being principled just gets in the way of raking in dough.

I read this earlier today and wondered what political party this guy was in? Does he know who he represents? Given the Romneys, Murkowskis, Collins, and so many others, why do we even try anymore. A new party may come to pass if the donkeys ditch the senate filibuster. That would be the moment to break away in my view.

I expected that. The plaintiffs were, in effect, asking the SCOTUS to order Congress to do something. The SCOTUS and Congress are co-equal branches. They don't issue orders to each other.

I remain astonished that many on the right still talk about the Supreme Court as one of Trump's triumphs. Gorsuch completely f**ked the country with his Bostock v. Clayton County opinion that opened the door to endless LGBTQ litigating away liberties. Kavanaugh and ACB have been reliable wimps when it comes to even the most marginally controversial decisions, but the court punting on Texas v. Pennsylvania was the final straw for me.

The Roberts court has made its bed. Let them sleep in it along with the violent leftist crazies who now control it through intimidation. SCOTUS is now just another vector of the deep state.

That decision puzzles me still, given that Gorsuch has been one of the best ever since. I wonder whether his libertarian tendencies got the better of him, failing to see how directly this would screw the country? Did he really think that anyone would respect religious freedom or anything of the sort? Not that that's the answer. But it's puzzling to me. He has been quite antagonistic, including to Roberts, in his opinions.
