What happened in June 2020 that caused people to grow their savings? That was a huge spike.

CDC scumbags. Those people and their fellow travelers mocked anyone taking Ivermectin, etc. It worked for me and my wife. Doom on all of em.

I took HCQ weekly the last year. Had D3 and zinc on standby. Seemed logical. Got sick once, prob from Cv-19, but no big deal.

Made it impossible to get the prescription filled too.

Wheels of justice will probably spin pretty quickly on this case:

Jonathan Turley

@JonathanTurley

We have come a long way since the heady days of Professor James Moriarty. Bank robber Michael Conley Loyd, 30, wrote his demand note to the teller on the back of his birth certificate while wearing an ankle monitor. It only got more bizarre from there.

Regarding the dilemma of the vaccinated: It might be a bit like buying a fake painting. The more you pay, the less inclined you are to believe it's a fake. Likewise with a doggy stock. Invest enough, and you may be more inclined to ride it to the bottom.

I saw something like this on a forum I belong to recently. Someone had seen a story - I believe about the spike protein being found in someone's brain or some other place where it wasn't supposed to be. Other forum members who were vaccinated hastened to comfort this person and assure them that they should not listen to misinformation and conspiracy theories.

People choosing B and ignore it are likely to find a lot of support.

LOL. George Smiley made that point to Toby Esterhaze:

George: Ever buy a fake painting?

Toby: Sold a few once.

Random question - why are there not more lawsuits from employees forced to get the vaccine? I’m a CPA (international tax focus). Law trumps regulations. Period. At least that’s what I’ve used for 15 years. The pharma companies never sent out vials of approved vaccines. It was all EUA. EUA banned compulsion for use. OSHA can’t override that. Employers can’t violate HIPPA for experimental treatments nor make experimental meds a condition of employment. Same for attending a university or school at any level. What am I missing?

I get what you are saying, and props to your nephew. I pointed this out to an attorney friend who represents the employer in employment law litigation, and most of his clients are large multinational corporations. After laughing and pointing out no one who knew me would want to take me on in court, he said that argument would likely win every time, 100%, even from a normal person. This was before adding to the kiddie schedule and once it was clear the clot shots didn’t work - because that was actually evident even when they were “approved.”

I had numerous friends reach out to lawyers who gave them all kinds of less effective and highly speculative strategies, so most either got religious exemptions because their employer didn’t actually care and gave blanket religious exemption approvals, or they did nothing and ran the clock out under unimaginable stress like your nephew. My husband and I never got that kind of pressure. We got some but he’s even tempered and I can be very stubborn, particularly when the real numbers back my stance.

The legal hierarchy is law 101...... It doesn’t actually take international tax that has a slightly more complicated hierarchy. I was surprised at the time how few were willing to take the risk with the strategy, but even now the law still applies to what actually happened. I need to read the rulings on the various court cases, but I don’t believe this exact issue has been addressed at any higher level of the court. If I were an attorney I’d be salivating at the chance to take this to court.

There are literally many thousands of college students with permanent heart damage mandated to take the shot by their Woke university. There are many thousands that were mandated by their private employer with deep pockets. The mandates mostly occurred while only EUA vials were actually available, which remained the case for at least 11 months after FDA “approval.” I hope to see lots and lots of class action lawsuits. If I could help I’d volunteer to a of research time. I’ve read hundreds of tax cases and I don’t think there can be any more boring a body of judicial precedent.

If I knew how to search Substack for old comments I’d find some of the exact ones I put out there in late 2021 comparing future clot shot ads to mesothelioma commercials in a decade. It was something to the effect of “Were you or a loved one mandated by your employer or university to take an experimental vaccine for Covid-19? Did you or a loved one get a rapidly developing cancer or suffer injury, death, or permanent damage to your cardiovascular or immune systems? You may be entitled to compensation. Call 1-888-fufauci. That’s 1-888- F U Fauci today for your free consultation and settlement guide.” I still think that’s where we’ll end up, I’m just hoping sooner rather than later.

I get that, but there are literally millions of people who were coerced illegally. At least a few thousand actually don’t need the job or have transferred schools to start a class action lawsuit. What about the ones fired anyway? They are likely working somewhere that doesn’t care now? Conservatives are more likely to own a home and own a business. Certainly some have hired people that were coerced or fired and would gladly support them. I’d get it if this was narrowly targeted, but it wasn’t. Too many victims not to have some in a position to sue.

The pressure was intense. We have a small business and the notices and letters and propaganda was all “How are you dealing with Covid?” They wanted to provide PPE, offer suggestions for remote work, etc. It was scary. You’d think it was 1300s and the plague. We made it thru, but that’s because our staff were steady logical people. I can’t imagine an employee base of hysterics,

I know people who work for a large corporation that fell under the federal contractor mandate from the White House. This corporation did not illegally force your compliance with anything so coercive as firing. Instead, they legally held out the prospect of you being put on leave at some point in future -- if you either did not seek an accommodation, or if your accommodation was denied -- while they decided what to do with you next. Legally, they didn't have to tell you what the plan was to do with you next. Very few people could handle the uncertainty.

Perhaps some companies, or individual bosses, got out over their ski tips and employees were illegally coerced. But other companies were very careful to keep coercion legal; you wouldn't know about it except from inside.

ncmom - many/most/all lawyers don't seem to take these cases; Liberty Counsel has a weekly call where they give advice for people that were coerced but refused, and are trying to navigate the process; I have listened to several calls and it's heartbreaking to hear how many normal working people were treated like discarded trash by their employers, many long-duration relationships. Most folks can't get lawyers to take their cases. Here is a part of the email they send to me as a reminder, even just to get a flavor of how still serious and destructive those vax mandates have been and are currently to so many people, highly recommend listening:

You have contacted Liberty Counsel about a COVID shot mandate, and we would like to walk you through the process. We will be conducting Q&A conference calls

"Why was FTX funding studies to “debunk” HCL and IVM?"

Because Trump came out in favor of those cheap off-patent generic drugs and Covid-19 was the Leftists' latest attempt to take Trump down.

Some might say it worked when Trump's malignant advisors' (Birx and Fauci, who he had no reason not to trust that they had the best interests of Americans at heart) "15-days to stop the spread" was weaponized by radical Leftist governors into a 2-year economic and societal shutdown.
