Sooo..., one bizarre aspect attached to each of the Russian-coupled hoaxes is that in each case, the Russians would know the narrative was a lie, and the western propogators would know that the Russians knew they lied. Who are these people?

The article you want, with two very comprehensive timelines, is this one.

I’d never thought much about the Skripal incident but now it’s pretty obvious when you think about it. If the Russians had really wanted to kill them there’s about ten different ways they could have done that so it looked like an accident and wouldn’t draw attention to them. Using a nerve agent makes it look like a Russian hit out of a spy novel. So unless the Russians really wanted to publicly send a message to spies and defectors that this is what we’ll do to you, it makes more sense as a US/UK false flag operation. Which begs the question: who poisoned Navalny?

I don’t think it’s a false flag - Putin said they don’t think the British did it. I have two theories: Mishkin / Chepiga were Putin on the same sanctions list as people working for the CERS chemical weapons lab in Syria. And there were missile strikes on that facility shortly after; I think Skripal may have somehow been helping the British off the record, perhaps smuggling door-nobby chok? And he accidentally poisoned himself. Or it was indeed a botched non-stated sanctioned revenge attack with some old expired chemicals.

Second theory; Americans wanted to rendition Skripal and there might have been some sort of scuffle in the pub car park involving various conflicting parties; US, Russians and perhaps Skripal minder Bailey.

The Duran has several videos on the Skripal poisoning in its back catalog. Here’s one that puts the Skripal case in the context of other instances wherein “Russia poisoned its enemies.” The point being made is that the the neocons have been using the poisoning trope for a long time now to foment “Cold War 2.0”

Here’s another Duran video on the subject. This one discusses “duckgate” — the bizzare story of how the CIA showed Trump photos of dead British ducks, ostensibly collateral damage in the poisoning of the Skripals, in order to convince the President to expel Russian diplomats.

When the plans of the powerful collapse. The powerless are always blamed for the failure. I think that explains what's happening in the US right now.

Hillary was in the pocket of the Russians as Sec of State. Plenty of contributions to her charity. The contributors did not understand that you couldn't buy the Clintons loyalty. And then she blamed the Russians for the DNC email "hack" that revealed their conspiracy to cheat Sanders out of the nomination. It made no sense that a "Russia" hack would care about emails that so specifically revealed the Sanders nomination cheat. Then the Russians got blamed for Hillary's loss via the Russia Collusion hoax. The Russians having been historically invaded by various European factions would have been concerned when NATO was not disbanded immediately after the collapse of the USSR. Instead it remained seemingly just to threat a future invasion of Russia. Then Biden pushed for the Ukraine to join NATO. And meanwhile these apparently false flag assassination attempts were ongoing. It just seems to me that someone really wants a war with Russia.

Skripal sure sounds like a false flag, sigh.

And There just happened to be medical personnel walking by. How convenient.

It was definitely a false flag, one which I fell for like virtually everyone else in Britain. OffGuardian.org.uk has a plethora of articles about it. I'm trying to find the one that forensically breaks down the timeline of events and shows how the narrative doesn't stack up. I'll post it if I find it as it's a great read.
