It takes time for countries to set up alternative payment mechanisms to Russia. And many countries need Russian fertilizer, gas, and Wheat, or they will have major domestic issues.

Countries with large fertilizer imports Include:

- Turkey

- India

- Brazil

Rahul Shivshankar in that viral clip, where he mentioned colonialism may have been channeling Indian Nationalism and BJP talking points. Seems the channel he is on is pro BJP.

I’ve been surprised at how many GOP Senators are going along with this Ukranian Theater.

A commercial I watched against Senator Kelly in Az on Fox was so over the top on abortion, it felt like satire. Commercial was endorsed by Kevin McCarthy, which is also strange. Gut feeling is the commercial producer wants Kelly to win. Was Frank Luntz involved? Or am I being to cynical?

"Fallen, fallen, is Babylon the Great! Alas, alas, for the great city that was clothed in fine linen, in purple and scarlet, adorned with gold, with jewels, and with pearls! For in a single hour all this wealth has been laid waste.” Rev. 18 Think how much easier it will be for the Great Resetters to get people who are destitute to go along with their Mark of Approved Persons in order to buy and sell?

"Certain things really should be beyond politics—like, national security." Election integrity is a National Security issue. Anybody care?

Tucker is right. Like how a magician works, keep your focus on what he is doing, and not to what he is getting you to look at. Look at what the elites, the uniparty have been doing, while they gin up conflict with Russia, using Ukraine as a pawn, especially the regime change of 2014 that McCain pushed for, and the push for NATO bases, that Bush/Cheney pushed for....similar tactics that got us to invade Iraq, and all the death and destruction to civilians and our troops there these past 20 years, actually since '91) to distract us from how they did a regime change with Trump, manipulated that election, created a pandemic, (similar to what we now find out about "virology" labs in Ukraine, some near the Russian border, and what National Impulse reported this week, the Sen Obama helped secure funding for development of level 3 "biological research" labs in Ukraine in 2010...so these are not just vestiges of the soviet era)

Our guv'mint is going 'woke' and broke. I read this blog for insight, and just about whatever else I read for comedy. We now have a government of, by and for the government and a people who pretty much ignore the government. They don't have to defend themselves from 'domestic terrorists' in Washington. Nobody wants to go there anymore. Important cases before the Supreme Court? Who cares? We proles will observe the law, minimally, and craft solutions as we go about our daily lives. But as they work hard on trying to destroy us at least we can depend on the guv'mint to save us from destroying our planet. All future construction will be mud huts.

There is a new paradigm that we must recognize. It no longer seems appropriate to refer to two/three parties as Republicans (RINOs here), Democrats (and maybe RINOs here too), or Independents. It's all totally misleading and terribly confusing. It now seems most appropriate to make the distinction, and divide allegiance, between Globalists and Anti-Globalists. This seems more fitting. I want to throw the Globalists out of office -- whether they now refer to themselves as one of the aforementioned parties or not.

"Certain things really should be beyond politics—like, national security."

That's the credo of all good national security apparatchiks and bureaucrats. I've seen it held as an unquestionable article of faith by many otherwise competent and intelligent professionals, rock-solid exemplars of the old Upton Sinclair quote: "It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it."

The politicians who ultimately give the orders and the promotions know better, of course. Nothing is more political than what we call "national security". But it's real politics, not the sheep fodder on TV. Dark stuff.

I do not know if you know it of not but you plagiarized the title of this column from Nixon's second book and is also the finest primer on Foreign Affairs and why they matter. Hate Nixon all you want but he was near genius at foreign affairs. THIS is outstanding analysis, thank you for your work!

With apologies to Neil Simon, these people have apparently OD’d on invincible ignorance! How do you not realize that your course of action against Russia will have profound and deleterious consequences for the economies of the West?

This continues my ongoing concern that George Soros has written in favor of our joining in the war “because Ukraine” which has made no sense without such an issues as the change in financial system as you address. He breaks things for money and power. Why not now?
