I heard this same suggestion more than a year ago, but it actually involved wait for it, the Palestinians. The idea was to ween them off the Hamas teat with their own little Riviera. Trump is loyal to and protective of his family. That is commendable, to a point. Loyalty is good but blindness in the service thereof is bad. I just hope he has some good advice and is becoming more aware of the reality of the ME after the Biden admin's horrible actions there. His apparent consideration of Iran as a de facto legitimate player in the ME and a part of a future Abraham accords is a positive sign in that regard (and that aside from the decades of negative things we all have heard and feel about Iran). All that said, the last thing we need at this point is a one-sided view based on Zionist (Netanyahu) wishes.
