If you haven’t listened to it, here’s link to the Rumble video embedded at CTH. Understand, of course, that Malone speaks in a very deliberate manner and Tucker, to his credit, allows him to work his thoughts out into speech. It’s an hour long and somewhat slow paced, but deeply interesting in a number of respects.
Highlights:
Malone believes DoD is lying about the med stats that the whistleblowers have exposed. He also believes it’s credible that the injections could be causing these wide ranging and serious effects.
He’s alarmed at the studies showing that the artificial RNA being injected is still present in the body at 60 days and counting—it should degrade within a few hours. That explains the hugely elevated levels of Spike so long after the injections.
As a vaccinologist he’s “embarrassed”. He now thinks that Robert Kennedy, Jr., is right—most of the advances in health for childhood diseases can be written down to simple public health and sanitation measures (clean water, waste disposal)—not to mass vaccination.
He’s working on tracking—contact tracing?—graduates of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) “Young Global Leaders” program. Klaus Schwab has bragged that by this means he has infiltrated all the Western democracies. Prominent examples of such alumni—Justin Castreau and Gavin Newsom. [I’ll append a partial list.]
These “leaders”, in fact, are mediocrities—not a one truly has an original idea. They are, in Malone’s words, “party men”. They follow instructions. In all the gamed out crisis simulations over the years, mostly run by the CIA, the solution is geared—unsurprisingly—toward authoritarian takeovers to “save the world”. There’s never a thought that repurposed meds could help. An ideological box has been constructed and these mediocrities and incompetents remain within it.
Toward the end, there’s a striking passage, which I transcribed. The references to Beck and Bannon allude to his “center left” past and his original discomfort with the fact that it was only conservatives who would even listen to him. He had been trained to think they were crazies.
The Party of Davos:

In this progression of reveal that I've walked over time, one of the key points was connecting with Steve Bannon, who's another, y'know--if it's Glenn Beck, why not go on Steve Bannon? The world is split now [in response to a Tucker interjection, says his wife is totally behind him, rather not talk about his kids] Steve, he started to use the term "the Party of Davos," and I think that's more than just political slang. I think it captures, ... I'm now of the opinion that we've had a thirty year effort to subvert the Western democracies by a group of people that are backed by Big Money, that believe in the concept of a centralized government--for the world.
I have spent enough time at the World Health Organization [WHO] and dealing with Europeans and EMA folks to know that the culture that gives rise to that is deeply dysfunctional, and that dysfunctionalism becomes particularly apparent during times of rapid change where you have to have leadership. This consensus committee decision making is horrible when you have a crisis, and we are watching it play out and, just to your audience, here's my argument. Even if you aren't committed to freedom to choose and personal liberty; even if you are inclined to buy into the idea of the benefits of a centralized government--which I'm not--even if you were, after seeing the last two years, is this the cast of characters you want to give up your liberties for? They are grossly incompetent! I don't see how you can make any other conclusion.

With reference to the comments about becoming "embarrassed" about vaccines, I believe Doctor Malone may have been influenced by a recent interview with Candace Owens (which I highly recommend).
During that interview, Ms. Owens pointed out the (shockingly) low numbers of people that had illnesses each year (such as Tetanus), and how these low numbers were not a sufficient cause for the huge vaccine programs that followed (and continue).
Doctor Malone seemed very surprised by this information. It would not surprise me to learn that, following the interview, he researched this topic further - leading to his "embarrassment".
