Indicted Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann’s lawyers have responded to Special Counsel John Durham’s motion regarding their rather clear conflicts of representation.
I keep wondering how the same criminal cabal that staged a successful coup d'etat and installed Chauncey Gardiner in the office without literally one leak or whistleblower, didn't kill the Durham baby in the crib, meaning before ANY indictments. It wasn't as if anyone would've batted an eye, including Sundance. It was expected. It appeared at the time of the fraudulant election that Bondo was bailing on Trump and I remember articles at the time talking about Barr setting up Durham to be cancelled, something about his being an employee of the DOJ at the time of his appointment. Did Barr in fact appoint Durham? If Durham is in fact not part of the coverup, why would Barr do that if he were watching out for the deep state? After the spectacle of a sitting judge debasing his office and the judiciary 5 ways to Sunday to taint General Flynn it strains credulity Merrick Garland couldn't be prevailed upon to stop Durham at probably minimal political cost, and the cabal doesn't appear to mind the politics any longer anyway, at least not where the dementia patient is concerned. Set Durham's case aside for just a moment, doesn't there have to be significant forces at play behind the scenes , a struggle if you will hidden from view that explains the sudden emergence into the zeitgeist of the Durham chronicles?
Getting alot of messages asking what is next, or what to look for.
This is it folks. Read this.
John Durham will show the attribution of the DNC hacks stemmed from work done by Rodney Joffe.
Thats game over.
And its going to happen.

FOOL's Tasseography: The person spying on Trump and pushing the Alfa Bank comms story, Rodney Joffe, also colluded with Georgia Tech researchers to attribute the DNC hack to the GRU, leading to Mueller indictment. Sussmann also shared everything Crowdstrike gave him with Joffe. <<<
One thing I've been wondering about; what offices did the Trump transition team operate out of (GSA provides the office space,) and was it part of the EOP complex? Or, if not part of EOP complex, did Joffe and his merry minions have access to the DNS data for the transition team's internet activity?
A curious side note: recall Mueller got all the computer data of the Trump transition team supposedly from GSA, without even asking the Trump admin if they would authorize its release to Mueller. I'm beginning to wonder if certain people in Mueller's Goon Squad had advanced access to transition team data by way of Joffe, and then leaned on GSA to provide the all the data, in part, to provide cover for the peek under the hood that Mueller's goon's enjoyed via Joffe's "digital Peeping-Tom" act.
Right. It's logical but note that TF says "Maybe. Maybe not." The GSA agreement doesn't get into that kind of detail. I would say that we need to know the actual scope of the EOP. Not all of the transition would necessarily be incorporated into that:
My point is that Neustar's agreement covered the EOP alone, whereas the GSA support for the transition would have been broader in scope. Did GSA provide the support for EOP IT? We don't know that as of now.
Reading between some lines, it's pretty clear that he's all over that. The key here is that Neustar/Joffe had to have been interacting with officials of the EOP. Don't miss:
Dyer doesn't try to go beyond what she currently knows, but she's got a good technical understanding and can explain more. She also gets that Durham is only giving us a peek at what he may know because he needs to for very specific legal purposes.
The Dyer article is very interesting as she notes, Hillary didn't have the power to arrange for Joffe and his DNS minions to get the access they had -- someone in the Government had to make those arrangements, and that means the Obama Admin.
I also think she's onto to something about the unmaskings of NSA intercepts being the precursor to setting up a
Trump Associates "TARGET list" -- onto which Joffe and pals could then add additional meta data to flesh out the picture, and cherry pick data that would paint a fake impression.
The Obama people were unmasking US persons like made in the last few years; it wasn't because they were bored.
Also, note that Adam Housley and, Sharryl Atkisson, I believe, both have said the spying on Americans started BEFORE 2012.
She's also making the point that Bongino has also been making, that it looks like the oppo research shop was actively looking to *create the appearances* of Trump/Russia connections where they knew there were none.
Too many 'mights' and 'probablies' and not enough facts.
Within a month or so of Sussmann's meeting with the CIA the CIA & FBI had issued the infamous ICA re the Russia Hoax. The CIA strongly opposed including the dossier on which Crossfire Hurricane was based--the CIA only included it as an 'annex' at the insistence of the FBI.
That doesn't mean the the CIA was somehow friendly to Trump. It may have simply been a tactical difference of opinions. I certainly have no brief for the CIA, any more than for the FBI. However, there are no fact based reasons to believe that the CIA was actively on board with CH, Sussmann, or that they acted on anything Sussmann said to them. Since Durham doesn't say that the CIA accepted the docs on which Sussmann based his allegations, the likelihood remains that the CIA was staying out of Sussmann's schemes.
For someone like Flynn legal fees were crushing. Sussmann probably has far more personal resources. That's why jail time could be the bigger issue. My guess.

Controlled opposition / thin gruel to feed to starving folks on the right.

The source is "Mr. Smith"? I'll wait and see. Who needs guys from Ga Tech when you've got Crowdstrike ready to do the dirty?

Interesting questions. If so, it didn't end up doing any good. Nothing seems to stick to Trump.
TechnoFog asks the same questions I'm wondering about:

I read it more like Sussman is happy with his attorney because if he wasn't he'd have an accident.
