Like many/most people, I’ve had a few things that sent me to a dermatologist. Which means that each time I received the standard lecture: The sun is evil—it wants to kill you! As many readers will have experienced, this isn’t much of an exaggeration. Do you have to reach outside to bring in the mail? Sunscreen your hand! Wear that floppy hat if you poke your head out to check whether it’s raining!
But you have to match your sun exposure to your skin colour. A lot of pale people live in hot sunny climes for which they haven't evolved the right amount of protection (melanin).

Fear dominates everything in today's world. I call my dentist, my pharmacist and for my colonoscopy and one of the first things the automated messages say is words to the effect of "If this is a true medical emergency, hang up and dial 911." Duh!!! Our 2020 radio scolds me to acknowledge that taking my eyes off the road to change the channel is dangerous. I have to press "OK" first or it won't budge off the screen.

Another dangerous program being pushed by the Derms is the injectables, specifically hyaluronic acid that is injected into peoples faces, Even young girls now. This is trivialized, but is deceptively very dangerous. It is injected with a very fine needle and this narrow needle means that the pressure in the syringe will need to be very high to exit the syringe. The pressure will be higher than the pressure in the arteries or viens of the body . That means , even though ,they think they are injecting locally, the hyaluronic ACID is blasting far away throughout the body, into the eyes and probably the brain. There are reports of blindness . Also, this substance which is an acid can migrate or eat its way through tissue. Another concern is what is really in the liquid injected.
Absolutely crazy. I wonder if people will ever start wondering why so many have such a negative self image, which leads to altering their bodies in such extreme and harmful ways. I think this problem is a sign of the spiritual degradation and impoverishment of our society and will only be successfully addressed spiritually.
Remember that book "Everything I need to know I learned in kindergarten"? You might find that you already know everything you need to know. Eat whole foods. Play outside. Get plenty of sunshine. Get plenty of sleep. Treasure your friends and family. Be kind to animals. Promote peace, not war. My parents told me all those things when I was 6. How did society go so far astray?
