Simplicius commented that per McGregor that Belarus has a relatively small armed forces (50k), and is not well trained.

And that a lot of the ammo in Transnistria is either old / deteriorated, or got sold off in the 90’s by corrupt officers. And that the real prize is the 25k Russian soldiers there. And that Russia does not have a way to directly support their forces in Transnistria.

A thought, is our demented *President attempting to repeat FDR's feats of 1940&44, don't swap horses in the middle of the stream?

I hate to be negative but I’m starting to think that Hanlon’s Razor was just wishful thinking on my part and, upon further reflection, deliberate intention to create WW III without regard for the consequences seems to be the correct answer. Everything they have done facilitates unleashing the dogs of war!

"Pompeo told the world that lying, cheating, and stealing is as American as God and apple pie—"

G'd afternoon Mark and to your great readership,

It's Sunday, It's Lent and I seem to beat this drum regularly. But that ain't stopping me. I'll take Pompeo at his word. (Trusting politicians can be a fool's gambit, I know). God has been all but banned in this Country; Apple Pie requires copious quantities of refined sugar which has come to be known as a significant health issue and the result: lying is 'normal'. Okay, not because of the apple pie deal (I do miss Apple Pie anyways!) but specifically and proportionately, the downfall of our Constitutional Government relates to the direct, willful, intentional and "Marxist take over necessity" of getting God out. Of everywhere possible but particularly the public domain.

My reminder earlier today came at our Church Service and a reference to the 6 weeks our services were banned during covid-mania. This, in an ag-community, in Idaho. *Where it's still appreciated should you say "God Bless you" if someone sneezes.

Woody H's interview makes me think of that axiom 'Art imitates Life'. Sad when played out in the reverse. My Best to all! (WRH)

Re Woody Harrelson's recent interview:

His words were pretty simple. He tells a fictional story of finding a movie script. In the plot, "the biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their homes, and people can only come out if they take the cartel's drugs and keep taking them over and over." He finishes by saying that such a movie could not be made because it is too implausible.

Just in case folks don't know about Woodrow Tracy "Woody" Harrelson's father, he was quite an interesting fellow.

Art vs. life is an enigma, seemingly.

That was incredibly sad.
