The Poles hate the Russians so it is not surprising their president said something stupid like that. Did not one of the Baltic leaders say the same thing about a month ago?

and .....

Yes

The Serb is right. NO ONE is dialing down. No one has backed off since 2014 or maybe even before hand. Just look at the Minsk agreements. What was thought to be an honest map to peace turned out to be an exercise in extreme bad faith by the West. So are the Russians going to believe us now? Most certainly not.

To me....each action, each step, the West takes, is one more locking of the door ....to intentionally paint their populations into a corner. "Intentionally" is the key word.

This way, when the war comes: their populations, combined bureaucracies and leadership will all be pulled into the whirlpool of war. No one will be able to say "stop" Because to say so will be a support of "evil".

it goes with the idea of.......Hitler must be defeated. Russia is evil and must be defeated.

Yes , we are all being sucked into the maelstrom.

As for china.. If it happens in 6 months. The admiral will watch his navy sink.

Elections in the UK and France doesn’t bode well, they’re clearly clearing the floor for a war mandate cabinet.

For mine Turkey is still the linchpin, the West needs access to the Black Sea to execute the war. I wouldn’t be surprised if Erdogan met an unfortunate happenstance in the next few months.

Not sure whether this reflects popular opinion or just baiting the opposing fans:

LogKa @LogKa11

Romanian fans chanted “Putin! Putin!” During the game against Ukraine.

Final score: Romania 3 - 0 Ukraine

The Ukrainians are very angry over this

U.S. is increasing secondary sanctions on Russia per the Duran.

Swag- A speed up of the alternative financial system with no dollars / euros usage will happen. The U.S. is making the choice of either comply with sanctions, get sanctioned, or develop a new system.

This is going to happen a lot faster than anyone could have imagined, spurred by the U.S. sanctions.

I've spent the evening preparing a partial transcript. It's a great discussion but I want to focus on the sanctions part. The rest is great, too.

In the normal course of events this switch might have happened more gradually, but none of what's going on is normal. Result: I wouldn't bet against your prediction.

I saw an item today that stated that, of our $35 trillion in debt, $9 was incurred in the last 3 years. Just about 1/4.

Connecting simple dots.

Russia cannot be beaten because it has nukes and will use them if absolutely necessary.

If NATO stumbles into war with Russia, it will lose badly and quickly because it cannot stop hypersonic theater missiles, which Russia has in abundance. Electricity grids in Europe would fall overnight.

Once NATO starts losing, there will be a strong temptation to start a nuke exchange; initially tactical, but eventually strategic. Likely the West would initiate after a false-flag op.

Before this decision point is reached, civil unrest is guaranteed in the EU plus defections from countries like Hungry, Slovakia, and Italy.

Then things get interesting. Millions of aliens living in the EU pose a wildcard threat that is both unpredictable and potentially gamechanging. EU governments do not have the means to confront both an internal and external conflict at the same time. Native citizens will demand a priority for defeating the internal conflict first.

Methinks the lamppost solution will preempt will likely preempt the false-flag nuke option.

Chebureki Man @CheburekiMan

Russia isn't fighting for its existence, the United States is. The rest of the world has realized that it doesn't need the U.S., it's the U.S. that needs the rest of the world.

The U.S. can't sustain itself or its standard of living, without creating money from thin air and vacuuming up the world's resources with it. The U.S. owes the world at least $53 trillion, thanks to this usurious scheme.

All U.S. foreign policy is ultimately focused on clinging to single superpower status. This is why the U.S. set Ukraine up as a disposable proxy, to fight a perceived threat with Ukrainian fists.

Put another way, the U.S. orchestrated an egregiously cynical sacrifice of human life in a foreign land, simply to extend the imperial ponzi scheme a little longer.

Thank you for your excellent insight into this topic (you know I read all your posts). I was watching a video with Ben Shapiro and Dan Bongino and couldn’t continue when they started berating Putin for invading Ukraine. It seems such a small percentage of Americans know what is really going on. No one wants to acknowledge the coup in Kiev in 2014 or the eastward march of NATO since 1992. No one wants to know history they want to be informed by the MSM. All my friends think I’m crazy about this topic anyway. It is always good to read your musings so I don’t feel lonely 😔

We don’t do diplomacy bcause the Neocons want their wars, they want their way, or else. In this obstinacy they betray their core nihilism, the complete opposite of courage (moral and physical). Sachs, who was with the Judge, concluded the catalogue of lies, misrepresentations and broken promises by US leaders to Russia (also Soviet Union) over the past 50+ years, with the words of JFK: “ let us never negotiate out of fear, but let us never fear to negotiate.” Inaugural address 1961.
