This is a good article, and I would agree with most, if not all of it, but we need to handing out likes to it. Right now it is "ratioed" like/comments < 1 Don't just comment, like too!

So, what to do? Washington will openly declare war upon its own people instead.

It's already been declared on at least half the country.

A location not mentioned above is Syria. A key meeting over the last few days was the one between the governments of Edogen and Assad to sort out the mess there. Turkey was supposed to be the US's big ally in ousting Assad, but it looks like they've had enough and are backing out. That leaves the US alone there. And the neocon response? Increase troop levels! They never learn.

True. I listened to The Duran the other day discussing this. So much going on internationally, and I don't really see any of it going the US's way. Another story out there is MI6 owned Azerbaijan yanking Russia's chain. Seems very bad idea, especially with Iran and Russia as tight as they are.

Pretty certain that poor bull was drugged up to the wazoo.

UK news tonight - Prime Minister Sunak is in the Baltic region to "shore up support for Ukraine" - direct quote from news. Sounds a lot like cold feet in Latvia and Estonia.

Sunak makes Macron seem like Chuck Norris.

I am of the mind that Sunak and Macron were hatched from the same pod.

Agreed, Amanda. I'm sure at WEF HQ in Switzerland there's some kind of Frankensteinian experiment going on in the basement that churns out Globalist Beta men and women. Macron, Sunak, Trudeau, Rutte, Arden and that crazy Finnish party girl. They are pretty interchangeable.

I was thinking today how great it would be to have a real man in charge. I want the whole deal - as toxically masculine as possible please. Failing that, a real woman would do - one who knows how to reduce a man into a quivering wreck with just a look. I'm over these plastic leaders. I wonder if they look like Barbie or Ken under their clothes....

Amanda, that basically leaves you with two candidates. me or my mother-in-law! No, seriously, I agree. The only man I see is Putin.

Lol! And yup - Putin does appear to be the only intact male on the chess board currently.

Is it even possible for this colossal shit storm to get any worse? Short sighted, check. Arrogant, check. Believe their own propaganda, check. Totally devoid of any sense of real world history, as opposed to the fairy tales that they call reality, check.

Absolutely convinced that they can escape unscathed from the consequences of their blunders, check. Every move they make defies logic to anyone with even the slightest bit of common sense, check. Makes you long for the Carter years, check.

Their arrogance and their stupidity are their blind spots that will - God willing - bring them down. 2023 is going to be a year to remember.

Carter was a lousy President, but he seemed to love his country and had actually some real-life jobs on his CV. Biden is just a corrupt grifter out for himself, while Obama was a traitor.

There's no way Putin will allow Nato bases in any part of Ukraine. And it will be him dictating the terms.

Zelenskyy will be lucky if he gets independence and Russian-enforced 'neutrality' in W Ukraine, which will not include Odesa.

I agree. I also don't see a humiliated 'Joe Biden' conceding. I have yet to see a plausible off ramp. Perhaps electoral defeat in 2024 is an off ramp but will either party's candidate have the guts to run against the war?

Pessimist though I am by nature, I can't see many of the current European governments surviving the next few years.
