-- GEROMAN -- time will tell - -- @GeromanAT

Putin answered 78 questions live on TV for over 4h.

Stupid and jealous Western shills joke about it - when will Western "leaders" do something similar?

-> never.

Biden can't even answer for longer than 5 minutes...

... and needs a scripted session for that.

Thanks Mark. It's my understanding that Alex's father was a diplomat from Cyprus at the UN. Alex spent quite a few years while growing up living in New York on the Upper West Side which accounts for his New York-style English. He also spent time in Arizona, Mexico, and Moscow. He is by far my favorite commentator though I also rely on Alexander Mercouris to get into more detail on similar daily topics. Alex's sense of humor really helps me when following all the horrendous news in the world. His impersonations of people like Zelensky, Scholz, and Trudeau are priceless. Here's a pretty good article from a Cyprus site. https://cyprus-mail.com/2023/02/22/youtube-political-analyst-ordinary-guy-with-dangerous-ideas/

Excellent reporting Mark. Alex and Alexander have been my go-to guys for news since the start of the Russian SMO in Ukraine. Though they work out of Europe they know the US like the backs of their hands. Of course Biden does not know what is going on. He is a puppet like every US president since and including FDR. Except JFK....For a history of the failed US project for worldwide Full-Spectrum Dominance, please check out my new book, "Our Country, Then and Now." If you would like to review it in your blog, send me an email at monetaryreform@gmail.com and I will send you a free PDF. Thanks, Richard C. Cook

I've never delved into Alex's background, but my assumption is that he must have gone to a US university. He's too comfortable in talking about all aspects of American culture and politics to be an outsider.

“Could there be a Kinzhal in Aguto’s future?” Why take that risk let’s send Austin, and while at it lend them the brains of Milley and Petraeus out of retirement, they’ve been telling us how to win this thing and if the worse happens, would it really matter?

Expand full comment

I think it's only fair that Ben "Bomb them all!" Hodges and Fat Boy Vindman should both be involved somehow. Preferably the closer to the front line the better.

Let's send Nuland too, along with a host of others of similar mind.

Of similar mind and similar girth.

Ha! But if they meet only the first requirement, that's enough for me. If we're cleaning house, no escape clauses! :-)

Intel expert Larry Johnson on the latest US mad gambit into Ukraine - NOT a Nato nor an EU member :

“We did not learn a damn thing from our debacle in Vietnam. Sending “advisors” to the front lines has never fixed a thing. There is not a single active duty general in the U.S. military that has any hands on experience with fighting a combined arms war against an industrial peer. Aguto is not going alone. He will be accompanied by at least a company sized element of staff officers. If Russia decides to hit the Ukrainian planning cell it is likely that we will have significant U.S. casualties on the ground in Ukraine. This is madness.”

LJ also suggests what I wrote yesterday: Aguto and the "company sized" staff group that will accompany him could have a Kinzhal in their future. Body bags, for anything that can be found.

As Mark implies, why would we need to send more generals if Ukraine were winning?

Seems like this is to paper the rift between Zelensky and Zaluzhny.

It is very plausible that Ukraine can hold out for a long time, the Russian advance has been meagre, they still haven’t even recovered lost territory gained by Wagner.

Expand full comment

It's a war of attrition. Territorial gain isn't the main objective. All the Russians have to do to win is to keep on doing what they are doing week in, week out. The Ukrainians have been remarkably resilient and courageous, but they are coming to the end.

Brandon is clearly mentally incompetent. Therefore unaccountable. But he signs off on things, and this will eventually include a long list of pardons - not that he will have compiled that list. The Saigon rooftop helicopter list, of smirking neocons and other trash.

Could I see a show of hands of those here who are surprised or shocked that Biden is not being informed about what’s happening in the world? No one in this administration has any delusional ideas that uncle Joe is anything but an empty shell. They won’t admit it publicly, but they know damn well that there is no “there”, there. Whoever the hell is actually calling the shots on a daily basis is so far out of their league, that the only thing we can say with any certainty is that they are providing Vladimir Putin with an endless barrage of comic relief. Must be the result of climate change, because their brains have apparently been cooked.

What a truly wretched and ever expanding mess we are facing.

Expand full comment

There seem to be competing groups trying to fill the vacuum, and each of them as incompetent as deluded as the other. A very dangerous situation. However, I doubt that Putin finds it amusing. I'm sure that he (and Xi) realise that they have to tread carefully or these maniacs could go full retard.

They like him because he is so diminished and his dementia so far gone his spontaneous ramblings and lashing out (at MAGA people) and the berating of people feeds the hatreds of the base.

How can we be talking about this and he not know? That would take a serious conspiracy.

Because for my money the guy is a total basket case and the only time he’s even marginally aware is when he’s hopped up on drugs. I truly believe what I said that everybody there has to know how far gone he is and realize that he’s not “in charge or control” of anything, but these people are so crazed with power that nothing is going to mess up the party. Dr. Jill has got to be up to her eyeballs in this foul deception and is certainly not going to break ranks and spoil the party. Besides, if Zhou wants to know what’s going on he can just ask President Harris.

The US/Kiev idea that they can suddenly go on the defensive and block the Russians reminds me of the Wehrmacht's forlorn belief that they could hold the Soviets on the line of the Dnieper back in 43/44. These people not only fail to grasp basic current affairs but have never read a history book.
