Charles Ortel has written extensively about the crimes of the Clinton Foundation:

He's some sort of financial expert, especially in regard to non-profits.

This is why foundations need to be taxed on any unspent funds. Pro-rata the basis and realized gains and tax them. University endowments the same. Also limit private foundations to a 15-20 year life. They were envisioned to allow people getting large sums of income to spread out their donations (following something like the sale of a business). They have become a way to build wealth without the hassle of taxes or inheritance every other entity must face. Tiger and Carousel live them, but creating a way for some entities to avoid taxation with only a promise of future “charitable” use is terrible tax policy. We don’t tax unrealized gains because they haven’t become cash reality, we shouldn’t allow foundations and endowments to avoid taxes for the same reason - the charitable spending isn’t yet cash for a cause reality.

I had mixed feelings on prosecuting Hillary.

I felt it was too Banana Republican to punish a former Presidential Candidate.

But with what has been, and is being done to Trump and those around him, the hypocrisy and double standards are amazing.

And yet Trump's charity was declared illegal in New York because he dared suggest money be given to aid veterans.

you know the corporate media has gone to hell when a lightweight like Watters covers more serious news in an hour than entire networks do in a day

I guess the SDNY is too busy persecuting Trump and fixing Ghislaine’s “trial” to be bothered with Clinton Foundation matters. Come to think of it, I’m sure they’re fixing the trial on behalf of the Clintons (among others).

I suspect that the immunity they enjoy is linked to their involvement in the Globalist project.

I try not to forget Filegate - the Clinton Whitehouse staffer Craig Livingstone, former bar bouncer, who ordered up stacks of physical FBI files on their enemies.

And Hillary's penchant for hiding copies of files.

The press played up the Republicans in the list but there would have been Dems under the guise of vetting prominent people for administration positions.

Some of that might not age well, either, regardless of SOL issues and this age of Me, Too.
