It’s interesting that several weeks ago the Azerbaijanian president made a vow to repeal colonialism, ostensibly against the French but the real target was probably Russia.

The Gehlen CIA network was extensive in the Soviet Union, looks like it is going to be activated and this is just the beginning.

To me the most logical conclusion is that this is an attempt by Ukraine (supported financially and operationally by the usual suspects who specialize in black ops, terror, regime change, subterfuge, etc) to *provoke* (there it is, the *p* word again) Russia into a response which can then be used to justify a substantial escalation by the West, including NATO troops, attacks against Russia, etc., in the name of *democracy* (there it is, the *d* word again).

I’ll just say that I think Putin is too smart for them. He knows the let’s just call it ‘CIA’ playbook and he isn’t going to be tricked into a response that exposes Russia to WWIII. While the terror attack

was horrific, he is winning the war in Ukraine and he just needs to stay the course to achieve his objective.

But that doesn’t mean Ukraine will not pay plenty for the attack. I just don’t think the West can sucker Putin into overplaying his hand.

And, of course, as I’ve said here before, accidents can and will happen and Biden and friends are playing a very dangerous game. Of which a huge majority of the American public is totally ignorant.

I refer to the other N word.

"ISIS" is a tool of the #ImperialWarlords, from whom it takes its orders. The empire pays them, arms them, and assigns them missions. "ISIS" (so-called) does not act independently of its masters.

"I pray that the western intelligence services did what they could to assist in preventing this attack."

Easily the silliest thing I have read today. And it was already a very high bar.

WSJ reported 1/26//24 that the US secretly warned Iran about the supposed ISIS-K terror attack.

Do you believe in coincidences? US had advance knowledge re Iran, then Moscow?

I guess that some do not believe that nasty surprises can be a two way street. Don’t eat the polonium eclaire!

Were these terrorists chosen because it was known that they would allow themselves to be taken alive? Was the ‘plan’ that they could escape part of a nutty scheme to ensure their capture by abandoning them? If one wanted deniability one would find terrorists who would accept this as their martyrdom operation and then off to the 72 virgins. So I wonder if capture on the way to Ukraine was part of the plan in an effort to provoke Russian outrage and therefore force Vlad to escalate against Ukraine. The Russian people will be outraged by this and that may force Vlad to take steps that he would otherwise have avoided. Vlad may take the gloves off, roll up his sleeves, hoist the Jolly Roger and start slitting throats, to paraphrase Menkin. We will see if he can finesse the next few weeks. On the other hand it is now much more difficult to avoid taking much more or all of Ukraine. A rump state can still launch terrorist attacks and be used as a haven. Let us hope that the Russians do not just conclude that they should level Ukraine with the extra 3000kg bombs they are making.

You know one thing about running your mouth when you should be listening, it can, surprisingly enough, lead to some nasty surprises on the domestic front as well. I mean I’m just a simple farmer from Kansas, but if I can deduce that Nuland’s ill advised remarks could easily have been a reference to something along the lines of domestic terrorism inside Russia, then I’m quite certain that Putin and his people are equally aware. If I were Vicky Nuland I think I would hire a food taster alongside extra bodyguards to start answering her front door and probably making sure who the mechanic is that does maintenance on her limousine. Yep, you keep on making dumbass remarks and pissing off the wrong kinds of people, they might just make it a priority to “F Victoria Nuland” with a few improvised “nasty surprises” of their own. Of course it would probably turn out to be some rogue Isis outfit.

I’m just sayin.

I didn't realize Nuland was at CSIS when she made those comments. Its a weird coincidence, as I just received in the mail 2 books by Gordon Hahn - one of them is a report he did in 2011 for the CSIS, called "Getting the Caucasus Emirate Right". Focuses on jihadists activities in Russia during the late 90's, early 2000s and their connection to international groups like AQ. Neocons like Nuland seem to have an uncontrollable urge to brag about their plans with some cryptic or snide comment; so do the Ukrainians. Then they are indignant when they get accused of doing what they bragged about.

LJ this AM:

Then we have this very unusual X message (formerly Twitter) that was posted at 3:30 AM this morning, 22 March, by OSINTdefender (which I think of has a CIA front for spreading messages the CIA wants out there):

Members of U.S. National Security Council and the White House have reportedly started to become Increasingly Frustrated by “Unauthorized Brazen Actions” taken by Ukraine against Russia, including their recent Campaign of Long-Range Drone Strikes having Targeted at least 25 Oil Refineries, Terminals, Depots and Storage Facilities across Western Russia; with some Biden Administration Officials believing these Strikes will cause a Spike in Global Oil Prices as well as Significant Escalation and Retaliation against Ukraine like was seen during tonight’s Large-Scale Missile Attack.

***Do you think that is just a happy coincidence that the Biden White House is bemoaning Ukraine taking “unauthorized brazen actions” on the same day there is a massive terrorist attack in Moscow? I don’t believe in coincidence. I think the Biden ministration was trying to get out ahead of an attack that they knew was coming.***

Not a lawyer but is there a case to be made to turn Victoria Nuland over to either the Russians or Germans for prosecution for war crimes?
