As good as these judicial salvos feel at the moment, we are still dealing with a Criminal Cartel that has already demonstrated its contempt for judicial rulings, even from SCOTUS, so don't be surprised if these injunctions prove to be llittle more than a speed bump.
The question i ponder in light of these developments is what the mob bosses will do next. I constantly test out my various paradigms against events and see which best explains things. So, for example, one paradigm is that of RFK jr and his latest (excellent) book exposing the rank evil of Fauci in terms of Big Pharma $$$. But if this Jab Madness was only about money, then we'd expect them to back off the obsession w jabs once courts enjoin it. Another paradigm however posits that the jabs are far more sinister, so the Cartel cannot and will not relent despite court rulings and injunctions. The Moronic Variant is the apparent gambit to justify more emergency powers and ride down any court daring to stand in their way. But the Cartel might manufacture any number of crises to similar effect. War w China, w Russia, economic crisis, monetary crisis, food and fuel crises, etc.. Sundance rightly calls out the Fourth Branch of government as being supreme and it's going to take force to dislodge the evil from DC. There simply arent the political mechanisms any longer to root out the barstads.

The vaccines do not cut off either infection or transmission, and may in fact *cause enhanced*, more-serious disease.
Those trying to "mandate" jabs are not only attempting to force you to take the risk of serious cardiac and other clotting-related disorders, they may also be *setting you up to be killed* by the virus itself.
This is what I've been saying--sooner or later the issue of 'what reasonable basis can there be for these mandates' wiill come up. And there is NO REASONABLE BASIS.
