Somewhat shockingly (but not that shockingly) it appears the EU is already in extremis. Borrell speaking out in such a fashion is pitiful and a forlorn cry for help from someone who knows no help is coming. When you try to create a new reality and get others to subscribe to it that means you have pretty much given up on the current reality.
They have been putting off the truth and lying to the public so much that now no even believes ECB reports:
