I wonder if the life insurance industry would be interested in backing a class-action suit? They look like they have some incentive to.

Man - it would seem this really has the potential to totally destroy big business like nothing we’ve ever seen before. Like Hershey firing all those unvaxed employees, couldn’t they turn around & file a class action lawsuit? There has to be some recompense to these people/their families besides all the usual suspects swinging from lamp posts.

This really seems big: the liability & potential for bankruptcy by damages sought.

In Europe there are reportedly Insurance companies that are classifying post vax deaths as suicides to avoid the payouts. Funny if it weren't so sad.

Remember: the FDA approval was for a product that is not available in this country.

The approval was a precondition for compulsion.

But if you took the compulsory jab, you were in fact taking a voluntary experimental medicine. No recourse.

I haven't read it yet but, yes, that seems to be the emerging big story. Potentially quite a bit bigger than the injuries
