It's going to be a fair amount of time before anyone admits liability. In the 80s the NHS bought dodgy blood products from the American market. The blood had been drawn from prisoners and drug addicts. Thousands of people were infected with HIV and Hep C. Many died. Others were shunned by society. The survivors have lived with the consequences for nearly 40 years. Liability was only admitted a few years ago and compensation awarded just recently.

We need to seriously discuss how justice will be delivered to the conspirators and those who may have simply allowed their better judgement to lapse. It has been clear almost from the very beginning that this virus was created in a lab. And whether or not it was released deliberately or by accident is almost meaningless at this point (though this does not let China off the hook as they could have prevented spread early on but chose not to).
The response was deliberate, coordinated across governments, and certainly planned many years in advance. The people who were paid, bribed and blackmailed to carry out the centrally coordinated response need to reveal the people who are doing the bribing and blackmailing, and they must never be allowed to have any power or authority of any kind ever again. Many of them will need to be put in prison for very long times and have their assets stripped. For the Davos psychopaths, a far more harsh sentence will be required. No one can be allowed to escape justice. I think the anger of the mobs will be almost impossible to contain or appease once a critical mass of awareness is reached, and that is guaranteed now, it's just a matter of time, probably not all that much time. And there will be more and perhaps more heinous crimes revealed to a stunned populace as this all unfolds. The lying and deceit dates back a very long way.
