Exactly! How many "hops" were to be used for the Carter Page FISA? Also this whole fiasco ruined carter's cover for CIA operation in Russia..

Zero. They really wanted that FISA, and they put themselves at legal jeopardy to go get it and to get it renewed 3x. That's no decoy.
