A few days ago in The New SCOTUS I took a brief look at the Supreme Court's ruling on a request by Catholics and Jews in New York City for emergency injunctive relief from the threat of draconian restrictions on Free Exercise of Religion, under the pretext of public safety orders by Cuomo.
