Law of Rule.

The Solomon/Durham post blew right by me, my only thought was, Oh, they found something else to charge him with.

Do you think there’s going to be a surprise charge on Tuesday?

Great April Fool’s Post Mark! Here in Frogland April Fool’s is called Poisson d’Avril - or, and this is not a machine translation, Fish of April. Appropriate, given the Aussies are welcoming the Frogs into a super submarine deal…as if France’s prestige and reputation for reason and logic (?!) could get any more under water…

statement by State Department: "No one is above the law, but launching multiple simultaneous investigations involving a former President raises legitimate concerns about political retribution".

An April Fool's joke? Nope, they really said that. Just not about a US president in opposition.

LOL! Not a joke, not an April Fool--just your average everyday lying Deep State official.

Another everyday fool and liar:

Pelosi wrote:

“No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.”

I nearly trashed my phone when I read that drivel!! Saddest part is that she probably thinks she got it right.

She was and is a shame and a disgrace to the office she holds and more than likely you are correct, she doesn’t care.

A very famous Democrat once remarked that you can’t become rich as a politician unless you are a crook, it simply cannot be done. He was right.

Pelosi and her ilk have gotten rich using inside information and the levers of power at their disposal without regard to how it affects the country or our standing in the world. Collectively they know less about what a true politician and statesman entails than a bag of rocks.

These people have elevated corruption to an art form and make Boss Tweed and the Tammany Hall crowd look a bunch of Sunday School teachers.

In a perfect world prosecutional immunity would be litigated by Trump, and Scotus would agree it should be severely reduced.

Nick, you may be right, I don’t know, but I’m not sure how a national divorce would work. I also know that, like the old song goes, something’s gotta give, we simply can’t go on like this indefinitely.

I have come to the conclusion that I don’t want to live in a society created or run by these people. I want no part of it. The ideal would be a peaceful divorce, but they keep pushing, it seems intentional, how soon before something blows?

Expand full comment

I agree with you 100% Dawn, including the part about a “peaceful divorce”. I think the pushing aspect of the current situation is part and parcel of their game. Keep on pushing us until something does blow, or THEY create the appearance of something blowing-of which Jan. 6th is a perfect example-and then paint all us as extremists and enemies of democracy, declare martial law and start rounding us up one at a time. Game, set, match.

Yes, very plausible. I had forgotten about the use of martial law. Another tool to be used against the people, in addition to a woke military.

Expand full comment

Well, actually, the woke military will be easy to overcome. We’ll just use the wrong pronouns and their feelings will be so hurt that they’ll immediately withdraw from the battlefield and seek counseling to deal with being triggered.

You didn’t say anything I can disagree with and I’m certainly on board. Was brought up on hard work, just hope that there are enough of us left who are willing go down that road.

These interesting times get more interesting with each passing day.
