Three possibilities:

1. Ukraine is attacking within Russia

2. Russia is doing false flag operations to justify the war. Similar to the apartment bombing that helped Putin.

3. Local corrupt officials afraid of audits are hiding their theft / missing items with arson.

We have a president that was put in office through fraud and cheating and we have the nerve to talk about dictators? Glass houses and stones thrown

I have this creeping suspicion that this is going to get worse. These pronouncements coming out of the mouth of the British woman (Foreign Secretary?) are reckless at best, criminally negligent at worst. Do these people have no idea of the history on their own continent (I'm including England here) or are we at the "end of history"? I am and have been an avid listener to Mark Levin. Love his brilliance on the Constitution but, he is beating the drum for backing Ukraine with equipment, etc and it's getting old. While I agree with him that Putin is a killer and probably wants to rebuild at least some of the old Soviet Union, the things coming out of the mouths of Western "leadership" are absolutely reckless. What are they gonna do if Putin does what has been suggested in Mr. Wauck's post?? Do they remember how World War One began! Wake up. I get that the Ukrainians are trying to fight back and going into Russian territory. If I were Zelensky, I would do the same. Putin wants a fight then, give it to him BUT, if NATO intel or, God forbid, NATO special forces (Say SAS three times fast) units are being used to facilitate attacks on Russian territory?? What if they, by accident, kill a few Russian civilians? Can you say Archduke Franz Ferdinand?

One last point - If Putin is actually sick as some of these reports claim he is, doesn't anyone give consideration to him thinking to himself, "Screw these people. Let's go all the way." We better damn well hope that Western "leaders" have a little more going for them then our boneheaded economic "experts" who seem to be wrong about 99% of the time.

So much for Levin. If he's beating a drum for war in step with the DC gangsters then Levin is either incredibly foolish or compromised. Either way not worth listening to any longer imo.

T, where do you get these opinions about Putin? Who put that narrative out there? Could it be the same people that told us the Wuflu would kill is all; that the jabs would save us; that Sock Puppet got 81 million votes? Why, yes. Same people. We need to reexamine anything we've been sold by these shysters over the last 40 years.

I quit listening to Levin quite some time ago. I did catch one of his rant, last week, about the SMO and was stunned to hear the vitriol and war drumbeat.

I often wonder what Rush would have to say about all this.

I am reconsidering everything I have ever learned about US history and its role in the world since the Founding.

I am rethinking Lincoln and the civil war. The fact that the South could be ravaged and butchered because they wanted out of the Union set a precedent of centralized power in dc that doomed our republic.

Another way to think about it is, Why would the Southern non-slave owning class--the vast majority--allow themselves to be talked into a hopeless war for a cause that benefited them not at all? Resulting in their land being ravaged and suffering horrific casualties. Propaganda? There was plenty of that going around.

Yes, certainly another aspect but regardless of whether the rebels were duped by pro secession propaganda and outright lies (not to mention the slavery mythology), they should have had the right to vote their way out of the union somehow. A union at the point of a gun is no union.
