Remember when the medical profession’s oath—the Hippocratic one—proudly began: First, do no harm? It’s been a long time that that has been honored in the breach, but modern sexual and gender ideology—it’s really the same thing—has well and truly put paid to that quaint notion. It’s all about the Benjamins, as the Left would say. We know this from the explosive expose on Vanderbilt University that’s making the rounds today. There have been more and more of these disgusting stories of doctors abusing children for money—probably with the connivance of mentally ill parents more times than you’d like to think. Not long ago I referenced an egregious case in Chicago:
Update: Coordination Between Children's Hospitals, Government Schools, And The Mutilation Movement
Sep 7
Just the other day in The Road Ahead I referenced the collusion between the Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago with the government schools in Chicago to advance the gender bending mutilation movement. Of course, Lurie isn’t the only children’s hospital in the country involved in this—there have been several recent articles exposing this.
In the course of that post I detailed the huges amounts of money that have gone into the Trans movement from the super wealthy and super radical Leftist Pritzker family, the financial power behind Obama and much else that’s wrong in America. I also noted that the Pritzker’s hope to make LOTS of money out of the Trans movement, and have invested heavily in the Big Pharma companies purveying Trans drugs.
What I’m saying is that the revelation that Vanderbilt was engaged in child abuse for profit shouldn’t come as a surprise—it should pretty much go without saying. However, as these excerpts from the Zerohedge account—one of quite a few that are out there on the internet today—demonstrate, the grossness of it all is out in the open:
Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) has deleted the website of their Transgender Clinic after journalist Matt Walsh detailed a doctor's promotion of transgender surgeries as a "big money maker" for the institution.
Videos obtained by Walsh also show apparent threats made against VUMC medical professionals who objected to the procedures, even for religious reasons.
Walsh posted his findings in a lengthy Twitter thread on Tuesday. In it, Dr. Shayne Taylor can be seen bragging about how she convinced Nashville to get into gender transitions because it's a "big money maker," especially because the surgeries require a lot of "follow ups."
Vanderbilt opened its trans clinic in 2018. During a lecture the same year, Dr. Shayne Taylor explained how she convinced Nashville to get into the gender transition game. “Follow ups.” I suppose there are surgical follow ups aplenty, but in addition there’s the lifetime of drug use. Big profits there.
According to Dr. Ellen Clayton, those with "conscientious objections" are "problematic," and anyone who opposes the transgender surgery program will face "consequences."
…
"We are given an enormous — if you don’t want to do this kind of work, don’t work at Vanderbilt."
We know that these “mandates” that originate in professional organizations—AMA, ABA, etc.—inexorably lead to gateway mandates. E.g., the push to require med students to perform at least one abortion in order to get a medical license and many other types of gateway mandates that weed out normal people from the professions.
In case the objectors hadn't gotten the memo, Vanderbilt unveiled a program called "Trans Buddies." The "buddies" are trans activists from the community who attend appointments with trans patients, monitoring the doctors to guard against "unsafe" behavior such as misgendering pic.twitter.com/KyYUdRHrrP

Marketing to children
…
But they must have forgot to delete a video from Vanderbilt Psychiatry’s Youtube channel back in 2020 which admits explicitly that they will give and have given irreversible hormone drugs to children as young as 13. pic.twitter.com/Qn48zWoJ1N

The university will also perform double mastectomies on adolescent girls.
So, let’s review. Vanderbilt got into the gender transition game admittedly in large part because it is very financially profitable. They then threatened any staff members who objected, and enlisted a gang of trans activists to act as surveillance in order to force compliance.

They now castrate, sterilize, and mutilate minors as well as adults, while apparently taking steps to hide this activity from the public view.
This is what "health care" has become in modern America.— Matt Walsh (@MattWalshBlog) September 20, 2022
In response to Walsh's reporting, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee (R) called for an investigation into VUMC.
Have we mentioned recently that there was a lot of money to be made by hospitals and doctors during the Covid Regime? Yeah, it’s about money.
But speaking of Covid, there’s actually some—belated—good news on the Covid legal front:
Supreme Court to Take Up Case Involving New York City’s Vaccine Mandate
The Supreme Court of the United States is set to hear a case involving New York City’s vaccine mandate for municipal workers after it was challenged by an NYPD detective.
As reported by Politico, Detective Anthony Marciano’s legal challenge was initially rejected by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, one of the court’s three left-wing judges. Marciano subsequently resubmitted his request to Justice Clarence Thomas, widely considered the most conservative member of the court, who agreed to take up the case; deliberations will take place on October 7th.
Three cheers for Justice Thomas!
The next item is fairly strictly limited, but it’s precedent—and progress—nonetheless.
Mark, we commentators sometimes express our gratitude for all your hard work in digesting and conveying so much complicated material for us. Rightly so.
But here I want to express my admiration for the quality of your writing. I’m prompted to say so at this point because, in my humble opinion, the first paragraph of this post is a masterpiece of rhetoric and style.
While I’m at it, I’ll raise a toast to Substack for potentially instigating a sorely needed renaissance of the written word!
From the Louisiana permanent injunction ruling:
"The Plaintiff States’ citizens will suffer irreparable injury by having a substantial burden placed on their liberty interests because they will have to choose between losing their jobs or taking the vaccine."
How refreshing to read that in a court judgment! Even if the scope of this particular decision is limited wouldn't citation of this statement as precedent and recognition of this "liberty interest" be dispositive of other cases surrounding shot mandates?
