I need to read this a few more times. But as it relates to election security is the voting data predication for people to open a criminal investigation of the US Government?
I have a question. Plotted 2024 public voting data strongly suggests the 2024 election was hacked with a vote-switching algorithm in the swing states. The info has been out for awhile and nothing from the government and media. There are rumors online that the FBI (Wray) has blocked info from everyone. Do you have a theory? It seems secure elections are a disinformation campaign on one side and fraudulent elections are a disinformation campaign on the other side. The result - fraud wins - voters lose and election hacks are the new norm.
I'm not exactly sure what your question is. I was then and still am open to the explanation that "hacks" of elections take place. The difference in 2024 was that Trump upped the turnout and also, by taking control of the party apparatus, upped the legal game to challenge shenanigans. That didn't eliminate all the hanky panky but it did give Trump a landslide win. This is why I maintain that reform of our election system should be a top priority for the GOP, but I see no evidence of that so far.
Oh boy. But what about the Biden administration? Is it possible they have blind faith or could they really ignore a big hack out of convenience or dysfunction or carelessness? Is a lawsuit the only way powerless people can get the powerful to engage in proving elections are secure? Should voters expect no accountability or explanation without a legal fight? I don’t see the party that can hack successfully ever stopping. Dems don’t hack they just lose.
By redacting the predication itself in the FOIA document, the FBI continues trying, unsuccessfully, to hide the truth, ie that there was no predication to begin with. They know it. A hoax from the get-go, and thanks to MW’s trenchant and probing analyses over these past 8 years. Would that Trump of all people could finally hold these malicious, lawless, and paranoid paper-pushers to account.
Either the FBI had evidence to start such an investigation, which would be damning to Trump, or it didn’t, which would be damning to the FBI. Which was it?
This is not a small issue. The FBI opening an investigation into a presidential candidate on the thinnest of pretexts, then continuing it despite repeated dead ends, then leaking word of an active investigation despite a total lack of results, and finally opening a second probe into a sitting president after their Director was fired, all speak to a law enforcement agency that was coloring way outside its lines, involving itself in unprecedented political interference. Whoever takes over the Bureau needs to unredact these and many other pages.
They are desperately in search of another hoax, hence, the Jan 10 Merchan Kangaroo Court date.
Most of us "non woke" lawyers have been aghast at the entire perpetual scam.
I am still stunned at my brethren counsel who continue in denial of this outrageous fraud and unethical waste of millions of US tax dollars used to perpetuate this fraud because they "don't like" Trump. I view it as a soft coup.
This continuing coup has also changed my view of the JFK and RFK assassinations. . .
and the "Epstein didn't kill himself" and "Clintoncide" speculations.

I was consumed with the story at the time and so pissed off. Then the vid. Then the stolen election. Yada yada yada. Wow. A lot can happen in eight years. But you are correct with your theory of lack of predication. Bongino at the time brought that up as well. And the cia was involved with coordinating british intel. A really dirty greaseball operation. The number of despicable players involved and the various relationships really is mind boggling. I can’t keep it straight anymore. But whatever happen to the strange Italian Misfud? He quietly slipped away never to be heard about or from again.

Definitely could be. Statistical date, while subject to interpretation, can be presented as an "articulable factual basis."
