Let’s be real — there is one way to stop this nonsense and that is for the SCOTUS to step up and put down this Lawyer’s Insurrection.

Obvious starting point would be at the D.C. Bar. An I.G.’s report already showed how the vast majority of FISA applications are bogus. The DoJ just didn’t care to be accurate. Likewise, the MaL raid and its fallout features leaks and narratives galore. And that is from a defined and finite cast of characters.

SCOTUS has the power to suspend members of its Bar, and more broadly to practitioners before the federal courts. It could suspend all licensees while conditioning readmission on sworn statements detailing everything that the affiant knows about, say, public disclosures. After all, the DoJ is supposed to do justice, not serve as the PR agent for a political party. The suspension of Main Justice critters would wonderfully concentrate the mind.

Lest some think this couldn’t be done, please remember that SCOTUS is the font of all judicial power of the United States. A subpoena and other compulsory process are executed by Article II agents based on powers of Article III judges. Courts have inherent power to control their process and to deal with abuse of judicial authority.

But let’s get real. It’s John Roberts at the helm. Much can be done, but nothing will be done.

The GOP needs to launch a concerted voter education campaign encouraging its voters not to skip jury duty, how to avoid revealing their politics during selection and voir doir, and how to evaluate prosecutors. If political battles are going to be fought in the court room, then we need to recruit and train our own jurors for combat.

I will probably get flamed for this, but one part of me thinks it's a mistake for Trump to run: he galvanizes the loonies and particularly the big money on the Left.

They are coming at us - and him- hard no matter what, I realize that. But I wonder how much more effective Trump would be flying lower under the radar (if it could be done) playing Kingmaker?

...if its even possible to go into 'stealth mode' and still keep the machine rolling.

It's a legitimate thing to wonder. But given the Dems' recent history there is no question they will demonize whoever the Republican candidate is and go just as hard after them as they would Trump... so there is no advantage to be had there. In fact, they would try to associate whoever the candidate is with Trump and migrate all criticisms of Trump to him/her. They only like Republicans who lose, like McCain and Romney, after they lose.

Nice Overton Window the Democrats and allies are trying on election fraud.

Trump is already moving the window, and he punches back. The eGOP by backing the Democrats is making a huge mistake. Trump no longer has to play nice with them, as he did while President.

Don Surber is on to something, but I think it is much worse. The plan is not to persuade anybody, but to create a fictional narrative the Uniparty can hang their hat on. Trump is bad. The people didn't want him. They quite properly voted for the true Americans, our candidates. It was a triumph for democracy. For further amplification, see the Molly Ball article in Time about how they fortified the 2020 election. The vote count will of course be pre-determined and have nothing to do with legal votes actually cast. The only problem with this is that we are on to them, and our government is so close to having zero credibility and virtually no support.

The Uni-Party lives in fear of Trump and what he represents. As it continues to pull out all the stops to take down Trump, it further reveals itself as a monstrous threat to the American people, the American way of life, and the republic. Donald Trump is our imperfect hero while Dark Brandon is a meat puppet controlled by those who would remake this nation into a socialist hell hole run by the administrative state.

I'm not sure McCarthy is capable of the leadership required as Speaker of the House should the GOP win it back. His lackluster low energy prebuttal to Brandon's Nazification of America speech is just another indicator of his Uni-Party foot dragging, similar to when he initially defended Liz Cheney when she went off the reservation. He is not the man of the hour we need. The GOP needs to dump McConnell and McCarthy if it wants to stay in power after 2022. These two are for the status quo - not the conservatives who are tired of the BS and want results.

I have to say, this is the scariest thing I’ve read lately. So diabolical to indict for wire/mail fraud!

1. Steal election

2. Demonize and set up and imprison those who fight their election being stolen. Make it so none of these victims have representation in government. Disenfranchise them.

3. Steal all elections going forward

4. No one left to complain.

There has to be a way to stop this.

I think Dr. Jill Stein raised something like $20 million just for a recount of Michigan in 2016. And then all the Dimm emails that were leaked would be evidence that money raised by Bernie Sanders was just a rigged shell game. The party insiders wouldn't let a legitimate challenge to their preferred candidate and they defrauded financial contributors and boots on the ground activists from actually working for a candidate that wanted to win & not get a 3rd mansion.

Right now, there is virtually zero personal cost for leftists to engage in illegal behavior. Their risk vs. reward calculation has to change--and the more dramatically the better.

I thought about that, too. But what if the judge was crooked as with the Alex Jones trial--Not allowing exculpatory evidence etc? This lawfare stuff is very dangerous.
