Arkancide in 3, 2, 1... or, more alternative in today's protectionism... *6 months probation and keep your law license intact*. Honestly seems like a "take your lumps for the team" badge of honor situation.

Sure it all seems big and spooky but I'll bet my dollars on ole Hill and Bill rolling on the floor and laughing their arses off without care over the complete chaos the bestowed upon the country.

Hundreds of not thousands were willfully and knowingly involved in this. From whole institutions, to multiple sub departments, to several NGO's and private actors.

No accountability short of a public mob could possibly reconcile these things anymore. We're just to damn corrupted and broken!!!

When someone gets indicted, tried, found guilty and imprisoned I'll begin to care about what Mr. Durham is doing.

One thing we can probably guess is true about this indictment is that Durham held off so long because there was some benefit or investigative reason to do so. Wonder what that is? Shipwreckedcrew mentions the likely fight over Sussman's billing and communications records. He also speculates (wild ass speculation, as he calls it) that Elias might actually be the cooperating party. It does sound like Sussman was definitely a big part of the Alfa Bank setup. but there was a lot more to Russia conspiracy setup than just that thread.

27 page "talking indictment." SWC is discussing its existence, but no link yet.

Well, all I can say, is.....phooey. Here we have another calculated red herring by the Deep Swamp both sides of the aisle engineered to distract us from the Truth of what's really going on. And, lo and behold, who are they all trying to protect? Every single one of them, the legion of Ahabs? JEZEBEL!!!!

CLUE: Who is Jezebel? Spell out the word for the term that defines diseases in which abnormal cells divide without control and can invade nearby tissues.

CLUE: That term is malig-nancy.

Today breaking news from Defending The Republic exposes the reason why Jezebel MaligNancy Pelosi frantically behaved as she did when January 6th (yes, the difference between an insurrection, coup, protest, and riot) the following happened:

Basically (and please read all of the details at the link below since it's been a long day and no need for me to reiterate), Pelosi did everything within her power to beat Justice Samuel Alito to the punch; that being the injunction filed by multiple legislators to challenge the Electoral count and uphold the 12th Amendment which would have, as it should have justly awarded the presidency to President Trump. But, at the last minute, Pelosi, acting as party:

"Given Pelosi’s participation as amicus, she would receive notice of the Gohmert filing for an injunction with the Supreme Court. She would understand that Justice Alito could alone enter an injunction against use of the Electoral Count Act because he is the Circuit Justice for Louie Gohmert’s district.

Abandoning any concern for mass covid infection from the deplorables in the Capitol, Pelosi fired her political kill shot: she shockingly announced at 6:30 pm that members would resume the count at 8 pm—just hours after Michael Byrd killed Ashley Babbitt and demonstrators were still in the Capitol."

"While Vice President Pence presided over the ceremony, curiously, it was Pelosi herself who announced counting would resume. At 8:00, the process promptly resumed, objections failed to prevent Biden’s election, and the joint session was dissolved by Pence at 3:44 a.m.

Notably, Pelosi’s rush to restart at 8 pm did not prevent the process’ continuation to January 7th. Members could have gone home to rest and resumed the vote early in the morning without losing a day. In other words, nothing would have changed regarding the date of the completion of the count. The absurdity of driving Congress to complete a process amidst such unrest was driven by something entirely different.

Speaker Pelosi had to act quickly to prevent Justice Alito from enjoining application of the Electoral Count Act and throwing a big wrench in the democrats’ coup."

This Durham shittum is nothing but a red herring that we all too easily fall for these days. It's like the joke I heard as a kid.

It was Christmas, and Johnny wanted a new bicycle, and Bob wanted a pony. Johnny was a pessimist, and Bob an incurable optimist.

On Christmas morning, under the tree for Johnny was a brand new, shining blue bicycle. But under the tree for Bob, was a bucket of horse manure.

Johnny took one look at the bicycle and, pushing it over on its side and giving it a kick said, "I asked for a RED bicycle, not a blue one."

But little Bob was busy digging in the bucket of horse manure with a grin on his face.

His parents, completely puzzled asked him what he was looking for.

Little Bob replied, "I just know that underneath this pile somewhere there is a pony."

Amen?

Something to bear in mind: recall that Durham was reported to be ready to indict a number of targets before the CV-19 mess became a big problem, and the date of the anticipated indictments have been pushed back ever since. The original timing for those putative indictments predates Durham's use of a Grand Jury to investigate the Alfa Bank Hoax, which reportedly warmed up around December 2020, when it was also reported that Durham hired additional prosecutors.

It would appear that the Sussmann/Alfa Bank charge is the result of the recent GJ activity, but the original indictments that were expected on others are still "hanging fire," having been in the works since before the Alfa bank/Sussmann aspect was explored in early 2021 via the GJ. This is a potential explanation for there being no significant exodus of prosecutors from Durham's investigation -- there are OTHER indictments waiting in the wings that have been delayed.

SWC has coyly discussed the delay, and opined some months ago what the cause might be, but did not further reveal exactly what it was. He simply stated when it is finally known, everyone will understand, indicating to say more could jeopardize the identity of his source of this hypothesis.

One possibility is if Sussmann (or someone else) is a co-conspirator in which Durham intends to try the co-conspirators in a single trial; if a co-conspirator is to also be charged with separate crime(s), apart from those with which the rest of the co-conspirators are being charged, the prosecutor cannot include such a defendant in a multiple defendant case (it's potentially perjorative to the other accused co-conspirators.) Such a defendant has to face a separate trial on the charges levied against their co-conspirators.

If Durham has been exploring additional charges (Alfa Bank Hoax) against Sussmann, he can't finalize the indictment of the multiple defendants in a conspiracy case until he decides whether Sussmann is to be charged with unrelated crimes in addition to the conspiracy case, and he can't decide that until potential plea negotiations were explored with Sussmann and his lawyers.

SWC gave a specific example of this in a case unrelated to the Russia Collusion Hoax, which is how I am aware of it. I think he was leaving bread crumbs for us to follow.

This trail back to HRC has been shared, discussed, hashed, on this blog (or previous one) many times in the past several years. So painful to see it slowly develop. Assume it's because the Alfa bank needed to clear the path forward initially with Steele's statements first. Ugh. LET'S GO!

On the major points made in this post, we can only wait and see. On the question about Garland daring to shut down Durham, the answer is "but of course." The Dems aren't noted for allowing things to happen to them; they happen to others.

It's a big deal regardless of indictments. Rasmussen reports that a majority of Americans regard the January 6 Event prisoners as "political prisoners." Everything that transpired with regard to Trump between the time he announced his candidacy and the time he left the WH is colored by the Russia related conspiracy hoaxes against him. If Durham traces those theories in an official way back to the real source--the Clinton campaign--the effect on the public discourse could be startling.
